At OJMedical.com, we take pride in the quality of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards. We offer a comprehensive warranty policy to provide our customers with peace of mind. All our products come with a minimum one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship. In the event of such issues arising, we will either repair or replace the product, free of charge. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, customers need to provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team.
