At PLAY Airlines, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility to our passengers. Our cancellation policy allows for hassle-free cancellations with certain conditions. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, a refund will be provided, subject to applicable fees. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of departure or fail to show up for your flight, no refund will be issued. Please note that promotional fares may have different cancellation terms and conditions, so it's always advisable to check the fare rules before booking. Our friendly customer service team is available to assist you with any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
