Last night when I tried to log in, it showed my password was incorrect again. I attempted to reset it, but it claimed there was no email address linked to my account. We have been loyal Huhu customers for around 5 years without missing a payment. Today, when I wanted to discover why our account was suddenly gone, I checked again and surprisingly, the account was active without needing a login. This allowed us to access it on our TV now, unlike last night when we were searching for classic Christmas movies. It's puzzling since I just updated my password a month ago. Having to change the password monthly due to Huhu's constant updates is frustrating. If this continues, we may have to cancel our subscription. Being in our mid-60s, we are not tech-savvy and find this process challenging. Additionally, we are disappointed that Huhu only offers new Christmas movies and not classic ones from our past. We're not interested in animated films, just the old favorites we grew up watching.

Hello, I made a mistake by paying for two Hulu subscriptions. I accidentally purchased a subscription for $19.99 using my [redacted] account, thinking it was my main account. However, I realized I already have another account, [redacted], for which I'm currently paying $14.99 per month. I intended to subscribe to only one account, not two. I have a Hulu account under [redacted] During your Black Friday sale, I decided to gift my friend and her husband a year's subscription at $1.99 per month. Not seeing a gifting option, I set up the account under her email ([redacted]), selected shows, created a password, and sent it to her. She had trouble with the password, so I tried it on my desktop and it worked for me. However, when she tries to log in, she gets denied due to something about multiple devices. I used my credit card for the charges, which is my only connection to her account. Can you please resolve this issue as they should have had service by now?

My family uses my dad's Hulu account, [redacted] Since my father passed away a year and a half ago, I've wanted to keep using his account to continue watching the shows I'm in the middle of and those on my watch list. It feels like a connection to him. I now pay for it myself, as he cannot. Recently returned from Costa Rica after a few months, I can't access Hulu. I need to reset the password for his account, but I can't access his email. I am considering canceling the subscription as I don't want to pay for an account I can't use.

I am disappointed that despite paying for a subscription without ads, I am unable to watch certain movies due to this restriction. It is frustrating to feel like I need to downgrade my subscription just to access specific content. The whole point of upgrading was to have a better viewing experience, so encountering this limitation is disheartening. I believe that as a paying customer, I should have full access to the content without such obstacles. It is baffling to encounter this issue repeatedly and be asked to compromise on the subscription for basic content access. This policy seems counterintuitive and diminishes the value of the premium service. If this situation persists, I may have to reconsider keeping my subscription active.

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to receive a refund. $14.99 was deducted from my account, and I had forgotten about my Hulu subscription. I did not receive any reminders about reactivation. I was contacted by a representative from Hulu who instructed me to update my email and password on my TV, despite the account being purchased through my Kindle. Consequently, I am now locked out of both the Hulu apps on my Kindle and iPhone. The representative then directed me to contact Kindle for a solution, but the root issue is that the email and password were not updated on the main account. As a result, none of my devices can access Hulu with the new login credentials I was compelled to create. This problem needs to be addressed by Hulu, rather than Kindle.

I signed up for your Black Friday sale offer of $0.99 for 12 months, but I was billed $2.10 instead. I want to cancel my service effective from 01/25/23. Please ensure no further charges are made to my card after this month. This feels like false advertising to me. I am messaging to confirm the cancellation of my service, and I will be providing a copy of this message as proof of the cancellation date being 01/25/23. I have been overcharged for this month compared to the advertised Black Friday deal.

Lately, while watching a series on Hulu, the app keeps dropping out and I have to navigate back into it frequently. Now, it not only drops out but also prompts me to log back in with a code each time. I find this issue frustrating and I am considering switching to Netflix once my current billing cycle ends. I contacted support regarding this matter, but the representative mentioned that it might be an issue with my TV that cannot be resolved. I am extremely frustrated with this situation.

I terminated my HULU subscription one year ago but noticed that my Mastercard is still being charged $8.65 on the 28th of each month. After logging into my Hulu account, I saw that it prompts me to "RESUBSCRIBE." Due to my ongoing chemo treatments for cancer, I urgently require a refund and assurance that Hulu will discontinue billing my credit card for a service I no longer use. Best regards, P. White

I did not use this service even once and was surprised to see a charge on my PayPal account for it. After investigating, I found out my 10-year-old nephew signed up without my knowledge. We canceled the subscription right after noticing the charge, possibly within minutes of it processing. I kindly request a refund since the service was never utilized. Please ensure to unsubscribe me from any other services or future automatic payments linked to my PayPal, bank account, or cards. I spoke with a representative on Thursday, January 27th regarding my delayed Hulu payment due to fluctuating deposit dates from the Social Security Administration. I requested an extension until Tuesday, January 31st, being assured I would have service through Sunday, January 29th for the NFL championship game. Despite difficulty in communication and asking for confirmation via email, I found out recently that my service has been disrupted, causing me to miss the game. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this situation as watching the Philadelphia Eagles brings me immense joy, given my disability restricting me to stay home. I tried to arrange payment before my due date, but it seems this was not honored. Technical difficulties with sign-in have also prevented me from accessing help articles. While I have faced issues with the app in the past few months, this experience may lead me to reconsider continuing with Hulu, despite my previous satisfaction with the live TV streaming service.

I would like to cancel my Hulu account. I recently noticed charges on my credit card for January and February which I did not authorize. I have no recollection of signing up for Hulu and I want this subscription canceled immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to dispute these charges. Hello, I currently have a legacy Hulu bundle that includes Hulu, ESPN, and Disney. I have been experiencing login issues with Disney+ and ESPN for the past two months. Although I have had no trouble using Hulu with this account, I am unable to activate ESPN or Disney. I reported this problem in November, and as a resolution, my account was credited with one month of free access to ESPN and Disney. The initial issue seemed to arise from an email that had previously been registered separately with Disney or ESPN, causing a conflict with the Hulu bundle. I was informed that this would be resolved during the free month, but unfortunately, I have been unable to access Disney or ESPN content since December [redacted]. Despite following all activation steps for the Hulu bundle, each time I attempt to log in with my Hulu credentials, I am redirected to a page prompting me to purchase a new monthly or yearly subscription.

I have contacted your customer service multiple times regarding a refund issue. I have received one payment of $[redacted] back, but I am still owed $51.89. Every time you charge me the $[redacted], it overcharges my account by $15. Despite assurances that my account was canceled and no further charges would occur, I continue to be charged. The transactions are linked to my accounts using the email addresses [redacted] or [redacted], charging my PayPal Hulu card ending in [redacted] and attempting charges on my other card ending in [redacted]. If I don't receive my full refund of $51.89 and have my account removed from your system, I will take legal action.

I am encountering difficulties logging into my Hulu account due to a requested password update following new requirements from co-companies. I attempted to log into Hulu on my TV without success. The system prompted me to download it on a computer, so I tried using my phone but was unsuccessful. Following advice from Christopher via chat, I downloaded Google Chrome on my phone. Despite this, I still encountered issues when trying to download. I attempted to access Hulu again without any luck. After resetting my password, I was able to log in on my phone, but I am still facing issues with the login process. I am unsure about what steps to take next.

I received an email offering one month of complimentary service for new or qualifying customers. I followed the provided link and entered my payment details as I understood that I would be charged next month. To my dismay, I received a notification about a purchase from Hulu. At this point, I simply wish to obtain a refund and terminate the subscription if necessary. While I have appreciated Hulu's services in the past, I was undecided about continuing to pay the previous subscription fee. The offer of one month free may have convinced me to stay, but after this experience, I likely won't engage with Hulu in the future.
