I don't own an iPhone to use as "my ticket". My Android phone with a low data plan can't download the ticket from the Google Play app, and there doesn't seem to be any other way to receive the ticket. It's frustrating as I've spent nearly $[redacted] on concert tickets. I'm upset at the lack of options provided by this business. How can I attend the show in a week if there's no one to reach out to for help, and the virtual assistant isn't very helpful either?

I purchased a ticket from Ticketmaster and have made four out of five payments. Recently, they tried to charge my card without notice. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times through emails and messages but have not received any responses. I am concerned because if I miss a payment, they may cancel my ticket without a refund.

I'm attempting to purchase tickets for the ISU Worlds Championships on Ticketmaster.ca. I applied the pre-sale code and was able to unlock the tickets. However, upon trying to buy them, I encounter an issue. A message appears stating "trying to verify your tickets" then I receive error code [redacted] indicating the tickets cannot be verified. Hello, I need assistance with using my insurance for a refund as I recently found out I have Long QT syndrome, a form of heart disease. I must return to my home country for additional tests, and I plan to fly on August 23rd. Since my studies end on August 20th, I need to go back soon for further checks on my ICD. If required, I may need to be hospitalized for recovery. The doctor advised me to avoid loud events as I could faint when excited or exposed to loud noises, possibly leading to ventricular fibrillation. I have noticed that Radio 2 In the Park tickets are being sold through Ticketmaster, and they are reserving 30% of tickets for residents of Leicestershire using a postcode check. While I appreciate the effort to prioritize locals, I live in Leicestershire but have a Warwickshire postcode for mailing purposes. On January 27th, I bought 4 tickets for Sting's concert at Cardiff Castle on July 2nd using my AmEx card with the payment made to Ticketmaster. However, I have not received any confirmation via email or in my Ticketmaster account. I attempted to contact Ticketmaster but the phone number provided was not working. After sending multiple messages and emails, I received an automated response that did not address my specific issue. I am seeking assistance from Ticketmaster to either receive the tickets I purchased or get a refund for the transaction.

I need help with my order for GAO 22 and GAO 23. I purchased two balcony tickets for QOSA in Halifax next week, thinking they were seated. However, I have musculoskeletal joint issues and need to be seated due to difficulty standing. The venue told me to contact you regarding this issue. Shannon confirmed there is availability for us to be seated in the raised platform. The Piece Hall instructed me to mention speaking with you about this. I purchased Matchbox 20 tickets in [redacted] for a venue in Phoenix before COVID. The event date changed multiple times due to COVID, and I am no longer in Phoenix. Unable to attend the rescheduled show on May 31st, [redacted], I requested a refund through Ticketmaster. They confirmed the event organizer approved the refund. Ticketmaster informed me the refund would go back to the original card used, which was closed. They mentioned it was a PayPal card ending in [redacted], but after checking with PayPal, no such card exists in my history since [redacted]. I believe there might be a mistake. If Ticketmaster could provide the full credit card number used for the original purchase, we could track down the refunded amount supposedly processed on June 1st for $[redacted].

I recently purchased tickets for the Subway Series with order #25b37m2n9d, but I am experiencing issues with the registration process. The system is not recognizing my phone number, and I have not received the one-time code needed to complete the registration. I have been trying multiple times, but I am still unable to proceed. I need the registration to be completed so I can receive my tickets on the day of the event. I purchased tickets for Rainbow Kitten Surprise's shows in Portland, Maine in September [redacted] and Montreal in October [redacted]. Unfortunately, both shows have been canceled with no refund issued yet, despite the band's announcement of an immediate and automatic refund through the ticket venues.

I have tickets for the Nickelback concert on July 29th in Tampa, FL. Originally, I had only bought 2 tickets for myself and another person, but now my daughter wants to join. I bought 2 tickets for Pentatonix at Ruoff in Noblesville, IN from Ticket Center on May 19, [redacted] with order number [redacted]3. 3 tickets were purchased for the play "Spare the Rod / Spoil the Child" with order number #47-[redacted]/ATL. My sister and brother-in-law recently tested positive for COVID-19. Additionally, my sister is battling cancer and her doctor, on Friday, June 16th, advised her against traveling until the end of August due to her health conditions being further complicated by the virus. Given these unforeseen health circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the tickets that were purchased. I am located in NC while my relatives are in SC. I am curious about the necessity to "know and trust the individual transferring tickets" to me through Ticketmaster Transfer. Does Ticketmaster authenticate the validity of the transferred tickets? Is it possible to receive fake tickets using Ticketmaster Transfer? Do the tickets get new barcodes after being transferred? Why would a ticket be transferable but not sellable? I purchased tickets for Kid Rock's No Snowflakes tour this Friday, June 23rd. To access them, I downloaded the Ticketmaster app on my phone as instructed. Unfortunately, the app is not functioning properly, displaying a malfunction message related to potential bot activity. I've attempted to re-download the app without success. I also tried to print the tickets from the website following the phone issue but received an error preventing me from doing so. I am reaching out regarding the 2 upcoming concerts I have purchased tickets for in Tinley Park, IL. One concert for Shania Twain on July 1st with 7 seats, and another for Disturbed on Wednesday, August 30th with 4 seats. The tickets for Shania Twain were bought through Vivid Seats 9 weeks ago, and the tickets for Disturbed were purchased through an LLC company. I need assistance as Ticketmaster is not updating my email address, preventing me from receiving the tickets on my smartphone. I have tried changing my password several times to no avail. I am having trouble accessing my tickets on my phone. I have purchased tickets for the Zac Brown Band - From The Fire Tour at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, OH with Order #52-[redacted]/CH2.
