KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements may still apply depending on the services your organization utilizes and regulatory requirements. Twilio implements KYC measures to comply with legal and regulatory standards to prevent fraud and ensure security.

You can transfer your Twilio phone number to another line through the Twilio console. Here's a brief guide: 1. Log into your Twilio account. 2. Navigate to the Phone Numbers section in the Console. 3. Click on the number you want to transfer. 4. In the Configuration tab, you'll find the "Voice & Fax" and "Messaging" sections. Here, input the new phone number you want to route calls or messages to. 5. Scroll down and click "Save" to confirm these changes. Please make sure both lines are active and capable of receiving calls or texts. Remember, transferring numbers between Twilio accounts isn't directly supported, so it's important your new line is associated with your Twilio account.
