If you can't access your eBay (UK) account, try resetting your password by selecting the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. If you have not received an item you purchased on eBay, check the tracking information provided by the seller. This can give you updates on the shipment status. To book replacement labels for your items, go to your eBay account and find the "Order details" page for each item. There, you should have the option to print new labels. Look for a link or option indicating "Print new label" or similar. Be sure to check if you are within the booking time frame for labels. To request a refund for the birthday card you didn't receive, you'll need to initiate a return or refund process through your eBay account.
