Our cancellation policy at 1-800-Balloons.com allows customers to cancel their orders with a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Any cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the delivery time will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we offer customers the option to reschedule their delivery for a later date or choose a store credit instead. To cancel an order, customers can contact our customer support team via phone or email, providing their order details.
