Affirm.com is a tech company that has been in existence since 2012. The company offers consumers loans at the point of purchase so they can buy what they want despite a shortfall.

Though you might have to pay a steep interest amount to Affirm.com, the loan can be very helpful in certain situations. A fraction of the loan amount will be charged every month.

Before the payment's due date arrives, Affirm.com will send you an email or SMS reminding you that a certain balance is due before a certain date. The message or email may be sent several times for confirmation.

Therefore, it is crucial that your contact information on Affirm.com be updated as often as necessary. To avoid missing payments on an Affirm.com loan, as is often the case, you can set up AutoPay so that the payments can be automatically made from your account. You day have to enable AutoPay at least 24 hours before the next payment date is due.

You can set up AutoPay on Affirm.com through the following steps:

To turn on AutoPay on Affirm.com:

1. Launch your browser and open the website

2. Input the details and sign in to your Affirm account

3. Go to 'Loans'

4. Select the loan

5. Click 'Enable AutoPay'

6. Select a method through which you want to make automatic payments

7. Click 'Enable AutoPay' and your payments will be automatically made henceforth.

To turn on AutoPay in the app:

  1. Download the free Affirm app from the App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices
  2. Sign in to your Affirm account
  3. Go to 'Loans'
  4. Click the loan you want to pay
  5. Click the switch next to AutoPay stating 'Off' and it will change to 'On'
  6. Choose a payment method.
  7. Review the details and click 'Enable AutoPay.'

It is crucial for you to know when you payments are due. Typically, you are obligated to make your first monthly payment about a month after your loan is processed. You will then be required to make a monthly payment by the same date the following month.

You should also visit Affirm.com and ensure that you are indeed using the correct process to make the payment. If so, you should contact Affirm.com.

If you are having problems making payments to Affirm.com you can notify them of the situation by sending them a ticket through their help center. This is one of the most efficient ways to report payment issues on the website. You can do it through the following process:

  1. Launch your web browser and open Affirm.com
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the 'Help' tab. You will be redirected to the Affirm help page
  3. Once in the help center, you should see help articles categorized by topic. Scroll down until you see the 'Payment and Billings' tab and click 'See all'
  4. Scroll down the list of Payment and Billing topics and click 'Ask a payment question'
  5. You will be directed to a page with empty fields. You will be prompted to input your mobile number and email address. You will also be asked to submit your loan ID. Describe the trouble you are experiencing when trying to make payments in the empty field with as much concision as possible.
  6. Review all the details and click 'Send' when you are finished you will have submitted a ticket to Affirm.cm customer service and they will send you a SMS or an email as soon as they can.

If the above process doesn't work you should contact Affirm.com customer service immediately. Their email address can be found on GetHuman.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Affirm Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
