If you bought something from Banana Republic, only to find that it didn't look quite like you hoped on you, it's pretty easy to make a return. Read on to find out how.
You have 45 days to make the return to qualify for a refund. The item you return must be in its original condition. Proof of purchase is needed for a refund. Masks are not eligible for return.
To make the return by mail, follow these instructions:
After Banana Republic receives your return, it will send you a confirmation email and give you a refund to the account you made the payment with. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. The refund may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the return to reach your account.
If you cannot print out the shipping label online, mail the package to:
100 Gap Inc. Direct Gateway
Groveport, OH 43125
You can also simply bring your return to the nearest Banana Republic store, take it to the customer service counter and ask to return it. In most cases, you will need to bring the receipt with you. The store has the right to reject your return, but if your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the same account you used originally.
If you have any questions, you can ask a customer service representative at Banana Republic. You can reach one by help forum or phone.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
