Go to your internet browser (like Chrome or Safari). In the search bar at the top, type www.battle.net and press Enter. This will take you to Blizzard’s main website.
At the top right corner of the support page, click ‘Account’ the “Log In”. Enter your email and password linked to your Blizzard account. If you use Battle.net, this is the same login.
Once the homepage of Blizzard or Battle.net, look at the top right corner of the screen. Click on the ‘Support’ button. This will bring you to the Blizzard Support page where you can find help for games, payments, and account issues.
After logging in, scroll down and click on ‘Payments’. If you don’t see it, type ‘refund’ in the search bar at the top. Press A list of refund-related help topics will appear.
Inside the Payments section, look for the blue button that says “Contact Support.” Click it to begin the refund process.
You will now see a page with a few options. Scroll down and click “I would rather categorize the issue myself.” This lets you choose the right issue for your refund.
On the left side of the screen, click “Payments.” Then move to the right side and click “Refunds.” This tells Blizzard what type of help you need.
You’ll now see a button that says “Refund a recent purchase on your Battle.net account.” Click this button. If your purchase is eligible, you will be taken to the next screen.
Blizzard will now scan your account for recent purchases. This might take a moment. Once done, you’ll see a list of items that can be refunded. Find the order or game you want refunded and click the blue “Select Order” button next to it.
A new screen will appear with your purchase details. Click the drop-down menu and pick a reason for the refund.
After choosing your reason, click the blue “Request Refund” button at the bottom. If the request is accepted, your refund will be processed shortly.
To get a refund from Blizzard, go to Battle.net, log in, click Support, choose Payments, then Contact Support. Categorize the issue yourself by selecting Payments then Refunds, then click Refund a Recent Purchase. Pick the item, choose a reason, and submit the request.
