What is your returns and exchange policy?

At JD Milano, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our returns and exchange policy allows customers to request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We offer free returns on all eligible items, and customers can choose to receive a full refund or store credit. Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. However, please note that certain products such as swimwear, underwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. For a hassle-free return or exchange process, customers can contact our customer service team or visit any of our physical stores in person.
