If your recipient is not available at the time of delivery, Kabloom.com will attempt to leave the order with a neighbor or at a nearby reception desk if applicable. They will make every effort to ensure the flowers or gifts are received by the intended recipient. If leaving the order with a neighbor or at a reception desk is not possible, Kabloom.com will attempt to contact the recipient to schedule an alternative delivery time. If unsuccessful, they will leave a delivery notification card and make arrangements to re-deliver at a more convenient time. In some cases, an additional delivery fee may be applied. Kabloom.com strives to provide the best delivery service possible and will work with the recipient to ensure their satisfaction.
