Are utilities included in the rent for Morgan Properties rental units?

Asked 6 months ago
No, utilities are not included in the rent for Morgan Properties rental units. While the rent covers the cost of the apartment or townhome, tenants are responsible for paying their own utility bills separately. This includes electricity, gas, water, sewage, and any other applicable utility fees. Each tenant will be responsible for setting up their own utility accounts and making the necessary payments directly to the utility provider. Morgan Properties aims to provide affordable and competitive rental rates, and by not including utilities in the rent, tenants have the flexibility to choose their own providers and control their utility usage based on their individual needs.
