How do I request a copy of my tax return?

To request a copy of your tax return, you can use Form NC-18, Request for Copy of Tax Return. This form is available on our website or by contacting our office. You can also submit a written request with your name, Social Security number, tax year requested, and signature. Requests can be made in person, by mail, or by fax. Please note that there may be a fee associated with obtaining a copy of your tax return. Allow at least 7-10 business days for processing.
