What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Oceanside Cleaning Services is designed to provide flexibility for our clients while ensuring fair compensation for our professional staff. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment at no charge. However, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cleaning service cost. This policy enables us to compensate our cleaners for their time and effort and helps us maintain our commitment to exceptional service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
