Purple Carrot offers a flexible cancellation policy for its customers. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up until the Wednesday prior to your scheduled delivery by 11:59 PM EST. This allows sufficient time for us to process your cancellation and make the necessary adjustments to our production and delivery processes. To cancel, simply log in to your Purple Carrot account, navigate to your upcoming deliveries, and select the option to cancel. It's important to note that cancellations made after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund, as the ingredients for your order will have already been procured. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend planning your cancellations ahead of time to ensure a smooth experience.
