Before you can close your account, you need to get any restrictions on your account removed and pay off any money owe to the company. You can find the instructions for doing these things in the communications Robinhood sent you informing you of them.
Next, transfer the money out of your Robinhood account and into a linked bank account. Use this procedure to do so:

You can also choose to send your Robinhood balance to a different brokerage using ACATS, or the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service. Contact the brokerage you want to receive the money and tell a representative that you want to make an ACATS transfer. Robinhood can't start the transfer by itself.
