How Do I Send Someone a Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card?

Tommy Hilfiger gift cards make excellent gifts. You can easily send one to the recipient of your choice online by purchasing an e-gift card. Tommy Hilfiger does not sell physical gift cards, only e-gift cards.

How to Send a Tommy Hilfiger E-Gift Card

To send somebody a Tommy Hilfiger e-gift card, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Tommy Hilfiger e-gift card sales page.
2. Choose one of the 22 e-gift card designs by clicking on it.
3. Click on the Next Step button.
4. Click on an amount for the value of the gift card, either $25, $50, $75 or $100.
5. Select a quantity of cards to buy from the drop down menu.
6. Click on the This Is a Gift button.
7. Enter the recipient's name in the upper text field.
8. Re-enter it for verification in the text field below it.
9. Enter your name below that.
10. Enter the recipient's email in the lower text field.
11. Enter a personal message in the text field on the right.
12. Click on the Upload an Image button to upload an image to use on the card.
13. Click on either Send Now or Send Later to schedule a delivery.
14. Click on the Add to Cart button.
15. Click on the shopping cart icon.
16. Finish purchasing the e-gift card.

Please note that, even if you select the Send Now option, Tommy Hilfiger has to process your order, so delivery could take between 20 minutes and 24 hours. Also, Canadian customers need to have a U.S. billing address in order to purchase an e-gift card.

What to Do If the E-Gift Card Was not Delivered

If your e-gift card was not delivered when it should have been, follow these instructions to have it resent:

1. Go to the Tommy Hilfiger gift card tracking page.
2. Enter your email address in the upper text field.
3. Enter the order conformation number in the lower text field.
4. Click on the Track button.
5. Click on the Send button.
6. Enter the recipient's email address.
7. Click on the Submit button.
