What Do I Do If My Direct Deposit Does Not Show Up on My WalMart MoneyCard?

Many Americans use their Walmart Moneycard, a prepaid debit card issued by Green Dot Bank, just like a bank account. Why not, it works essentially the same. Getting paid via direct deposit on your Walmart Moneycard is no exceptions. Unfortunately, rare instances of your direct deposit not showing on your Walmart Moneycard is no exception, either.

What To Do If My Direct Deposit Does Not Show On My Walmart Moneycard?

Should your scheduled direct deposit fail to post on your Walmart Moneycard, your first step is to contact your employer or whoever is responsible for sending your direct deposit (i.e., Veterans Administration, company pension, Social Security Administration, etc.) and ensure that the payment was sent.

Once you determine that payment was sent as scheduled, ensure that you get the Trace number associated with the direct deposit payment. You'll need this when contacting Walmart Moneycard Customer Service. They will also need your name (or the name on the account), your billing address, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

Once you have the direct deposit Trace number and associated information, contact Walmart Moneycard Customer Service to report the issue so that they can assist in investigating the issue.

To avoid possible issues with your direct deposit posting on your Walmart Moneycard, make sure that your Walmart Moneycard account information is correct and always up-to-date.

Can I Report My Direct Deposit Not Showing On My Walmart Moneycard Online?

Unfortunately, reporting your direct deposit not posting on your Walmart Moneycard via either the Walmart Moneycard website or the Walmart Moneycard App is not possible. Your only option to investigate and resolve your issue is by contacting Walmart MoneyCard Customer Service with the required information.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for WalMart MoneyCard Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
