How Do I Book a Trip with Westin Hotels?

Westin Hotels has a reputation for providing excellent customer service and comfortable rooms. If you've decided to stay at a Westin location on your next trip, you'll need to know how to book your room. Booking Your Trip With Westin

You can book your trip at Westin online, through the mobile app, by calling the hotel, or through an agent or travel website.

Online Booking

To book your room at Westin online, do the following:

  1. From your browser, open the Westin Hotel website.
  2. In the box labeled "Stay Well at Westin" click the box marked "Where to?"
  3. In the box that appears, enter the destination, the dates of the trip, the number of people that will stay in the room (and age of any children staying), and any special rates.
  4. Click "Search."
  5. A list of hotels in that area will populate on the screen.
  6. Click "View Rates" in the box for the hotel you wish to stay at.
  7. Choose the room type by clicking "Select."
  8. Review the room rates, cancellation policies and other information and click "Continue."
  9. Log into Bonvoy account or continue as guest.
  10. Enter guest and payment information.
  11. Select "Book Now" to complete the reservation.

Mobile App Booking

Vacationers can also book a stay at the Westin using the Marriott Bonvoy app by doing the following:

  1. Open the app on your mobile device.
  2. Join or log in as a Bonvoy member, or tap "Continue as Guest."
  3. Tap "Book" at the bottom of the screen.
  4. At the top of the screen, enter the destination.
  5. Add the dates for the trip and tap "Continue."
  6. Enter the number of guests including ages of children staying with you.
  7. Tap "Find Hotels."
  8. Select the hotel you want by tapping "Select Room" in the box for that particular hotel.
  9. Pick the room type and tap "Select."
  10. Add payment and guest information.
  11. Select "Book Now" to lock in the reservation.

Travel Sites and Phone Reservations

Reservations at Westin can also be made by calling customer support here, or by booking through a travel site such as Expedia or Travelocity. You also have the option to use a travel agent to book your hotel and find the best rates available.
