Roaming abroad no internet all weekend
We're sorry to hear about your internet issue while abroad. With O2 Mobile, your device should automatically connect to a local network when you arrive overseas. If this doesn't happen, you can manually search and select a network from your device's settings. Connectivity, however, depends on the roaming agreements we have with foreign networks. Also, make sure that your "Data Roaming" feature is activated in your mobile settings. Keep in mind that paying for data depends on your tariff and the country you're in. If you're still having trouble, you should get the most up-to-date help by clicking the support link right here on this page that you are viewing.

My iPhone hotspot is not connecting to my iPad. Have had it 4yrs with no issues.
This sounds like it might be a device-specific issue, rather than a problem with O2 Mobile's service. However, you may try some general fixes. Start by confirming your mobile data is active and that you have enough data allowance. Next, check if the hotspot is activated in your iPhone's settings. If it is and you're still having issues, try resetting network settings on both your iPhone and iPad through Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be aware that this will also remove your Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings you've used before. Then, try reconnecting the devices. If the problem persists, it might be best to contact Apple support or take your devices to a nearby Apple store.
