Just received a new Uverse dvr receiver. I installed this morning and it seemed to work and then a couple of hours later, the record light was on but we had nothing scheduled to record. I tried to reboot the box but it did not respond even after unplugging it. As soon as it was plugged back in all three lights are solid and the power button is red. The tv says “no signal detected”. I then rebooted the gateway and it did not help. The paired and link buttons on the gateway are flashong green. We have another tv in the living room and it is working except that we cannot do any recording of shows. Not sure what else to do.**Tami J
