Our AT&T landline phone, ***-***-**** , cannot receive calls and gives an "off the hook" flashing signal when we lift the phone piece. So we cannot make outgoing calls. *We have a new fiber optic Uverse setup, with our landline going through the old wiring.**Could you help? Thanks for your interest.
