our Cable TV box was lost in a fire in Sept **** that destroyed our house at **** **th St Sacramento CA *****. We called ATT and were told not to worry about it . As it turns out our account was sent to a collection services agency and we found out that our credit score was impacted due to this error by ATT. We are now trying to get a new loan for the house as it is nearly rebuilt and our credit score is lowering the amount we can borrow and increasing the interest rate on the loan. **I called ATT the week of July **th **** to deal with this issue and was told I would receive a copy of a letter from ATT to the Enhanced Recovery Coll. stating that ATT was in error and that this collection request was a mistake. I have not received such a letter yet. Glenn Olson
