I canceled my service on May **. I had phone internet uverse. My computer periodically worked and the tv would go out. I called several times about the issues,but was told I was over *** feet so the connection may be bad at times. When I canceled I was told I had to keep an active phone line to keep my landline number. I called on May ** she told me call in about a week to cancel the phone. My new service says att will not release my phone number until June **. I called att they said if you wait until the **th you have to keep all your services to get the landline number because my account closes on June **th. I am paying for services I am not using I was told I am still paying for the bundle. I sent your equipment back on May **. Account number ********* why would you place a hold on my landline. I canceled your service because I need a computer for work and the internet wasnt working. The tv would freeze. The service was substandard you can tell by how many times I called for the issues to be fixed. I called att they said my new carrier could get the number any time they wanted my carrier says thats not true. I just want my old landline phone number. Att also said if its after the **th I will have to keep paying. this is so wrong sounds like someone just wants more money to me. Like I said I tried to get the problems fixed,but no one could fix them. This was not my fault for cancelling your service. The service just didnt work in my home!! So Im still paying for service that I cancelled May **th and service that worked sometime and sometime not. Very poor customer relations
