Order number: [redacted][redacted] Original repair part for Sony A77 priced at €19.77 The display does not fit my Sony A77 as described. The screen is too small, and the connection cable to the circuit board is too long. I am extremely let down. I trusted your information, but unfortunately, after installation, nothing is functioning correctly. The "ORIGINAL" spare part does not align properly in the frame, the connection cable is too lengthy, which prevents data transmission.

I ordered a guitar from Jugg Guitar Store on July 28, [redacted], through AliExpress. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. I paid AU$[redacted].44 via PayPal. Despite an email on September 11, [redacted], stating that the guitar was delivered on September 6, [redacted], I never received it. I tried to dispute the transaction, and AliExpress sent me an email mentioning a seller's proposal that I couldn't see clearly. I mistakenly clicked "accept," which closed the case without a refund. I have now asked PayPal to step in and refund me if the parcel wasn't shipped or was lost. I feel misled and worry about losing faith in AliExpress due to this experience. It's a significant amount of money for me. If you are from AliExpress help center, please review the communication history regarding this issue.

I purchased a bag that arrived damaged. After reaching out to the seller and initiating a dispute, only a partial refund of about nine euros was made. I opted to use Klarna for the transaction, and now they are requesting reimbursement despite me returning the item promptly. Despite my attempts to contact AliExpress multiple times, the refund hasn't been fully processed yet. I have photos of the damaged bag as evidence. I am unable to contact the seller directly as the store seems to be inaccessible. I am asking for assistance from AliExpress to communicate with the seller and ensure I receive a full refund for the returned bag.

I purchased a new display for my VIVO NEX S, but unfortunately, the replacement I received is not functioning. The seller has been unhelpful, forcing me to open a dispute. Despite providing a video link on YouTube and Mega.nz, they claimed they couldn't access it. Order # [redacted][redacted] was for a lithium battery for my Minn Kota Endra Max trolling motor. The battery seemed to work well initially, but after just 11 hours on the water, it shut down unexpectedly and wouldn't turn back on. Despite charging it for 24 hours, it's stuck at 67% capacity due to a faulty Battery Management System. The seller mentioned it's not suitable for high power devices and stopped communicating further. This battery has a 2-year warranty, as confirmed by store number [redacted], but it's clearly defective. A refund seems necessary since the seller's response was poor. I encountered issues with the customer support team. I placed an order and attempted to cancel it on the same day. Despite canceling it five times in the app, it didn't reflect as canceled. After contacting customer support, I was assured they manually canceled it, but the order remained active. Upon recontacting them, I was informed the initial agent had input the wrong order number. They advised me to dispute the order upon arrival, promising I wouldn't be liable for the shipping costs. To my dismay, I lost the dispute and was instructed to cover the expensive shipping fees. Despite several attempts to remedy the situation through appeals and follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved. The customer support team pledged to rectify the error but failed to provide a solution. Despite having all conversation records and evidence of their oversights, my problem persists.

Hello, I am writing to address my recent purchase (order [redacted][redacted]) on Aliexpress. The item I received, advertised as a 40m LED strip, turned out to be 2 x 20m pieces. The product was also missing some essential parts and was the old version instead of the promised new one. I contacted the seller to return the product at their expense due to their inaccurate description and incomplete set. Hello Aliexpress Support, I am reaching out to report a product that I have not received and have not been refunded for. Since this transaction has exceeded 75 days without resolution through normal channels, I am now initiating a dispute. The order in question is number [redacted][redacted] from the Goldseller Market Store. I made this purchase on Mar 4, [redacted], using a credit/debit card. The item is 20 Pearlescent powder Epoxy Resin Dye Pearl Pigment Natural Mica Mineral Powder G29, costing AU $13.93 for one unit. Unfortunately, the item was repeatedly returned by Chinese customs to the seller without explanation. Despite the seller's attempts to resend the item, I never received it. The store acknowledged the issue and offered a refund but requested I raise a dispute to proceed. I appreciate the store's efforts and customer service; however, I have not received the refund as agreed. Therefore, I am escalating this to a dispute and request an immediate full refund. I made two payments for orders placed on August 27, [redacted]: £[redacted].47 and £20.22. However, the delivered items total less than £[redacted], and the remaining orders are still in my basket as unpaid. I also noticed a discrepancy with the price of Omega 3 Fish Oil, where I was charged £[redacted] instead of £8. I feel this is fraudulent and demand an explanation from AliExpress. I have paid in full, yet only a portion of my orders has been delivered, and I am being asked to pay for items I've already purchased. AliExpress, please provide a direct link for me to address these issues.

I ordered an Anima Mundi Tarot Deck but received Moonology Oracle cards instead. I've contacted the seller and opened a dispute on AliExpress. The resolution involves returning the item for a refund; however, the seller only provided a return address, not a prepaid label. It's the seller's mistake, so I shouldn't have to cover the return costs, which exceed the item's value. This is the second time I've received the wrong item (from different sellers), and I've been asked to pay return expenses on both occasions for the sellers' errors. Shouldn't it be the seller's responsibility and expense to rectify their mistakes? I expect a prepaid return label when an incorrect item is sent, as per AliExpress' Buyer Protection policy. I've supplied images to support my claims in both disputes. At 11:01 am, I am still addressing the mix-up in my Order #[redacted][redacted]. At 11:30 am, I'm requesting a prepaid return label as the mistake lies with the seller, not myself. The cost of correcting YOUR error should not fall on me.

Unfortunately, this order was returned by customs to the seller without ever leaving the country of origin. The seller initially offered a refund, but since the product's price had doubled, I requested a reshipment to avoid losing money. I recently purchased two items, a uniform, and a metal Halloween Ball costume from AliExpress. The Halloween Ball is a special event for me, and it has been 12 years since I attended one. I was assured the delivery would be by October 26th or 27th. However, I am concerned about AliExpress deliveries being late. I even offered to pay extra for faster shipping to receive my items by October 25th or 28th, but the option was not available. I need these items for the Halloween ball by October 28th, as AliExpress deliveries can sometimes be delayed beyond the expected date. The German uniform is especially important to me and must be here by the 29th. If there is any way to expedite the shipping by paying extra, I am willing to do so. I made a purchase on AliExpress for (2) 22-meter kites. However, upon arrival, I received (2) different small kites instead of the ones I ordered. The seller apologized for a pricing mistake and suggested different kites as replacements. I opened a dispute and agreed to return the incorrect items for a refund, but the seller has not responded to any of my messages regarding the return shipping cost. AliExpress requires confirming the return fee with the seller before sending back the items. The shipping cost exceeds the value of the cheap kites they mistakenly sent me, and my refund is pending until I can get confirmation from the seller.

I am being asked to verify my card by providing a screenshot of my bank account with my card number and name visible, which is not how banks operate here. The number on my card is not my account number and will change if a new card is issued. This is a security measure taken in case of theft. Therefore, it is not possible for me to provide the requested documents for card verification. Despite using my card without any issues before, suddenly my purchases are being declined due to lack of trust in my card. I can provide proof of payments to AliExpress from my bank account, but I cannot provide screenshots with my card number displayed. Can you please resolve this issue so I can continue making purchases, or should I close my account?

Tracking Number: CT[redacted]CN I am writing from my town. The order was supposed to be shipped from Russia, but it was sent from China without my consent. Despite my request for a discount on goods available locally in Russia, it was denied, and the order was still sent from China. There was no tracking information for the parcel for 20 days, so I raised a dispute. Subsequently, I was contacted by the KSE delivery service stating my order had arrived in Moscow. I opted to keep it, canceled the dispute, and within 3 days, the goods reached my town. The courier instructed me to have my phone ready for their call but, unexpectedly, the order was sent back from my city. I am now unsure if I can receive the product already paid for after waiting almost a month, instead of reordering and enduring another lengthy wait and higher costs.

When I asked for a discount on the Russian items, which they refused, the package was still sent from China. There was no tracking available for 20 days, so I had to open a dispute. I was later contacted by the KSE delivery service and informed that the order was in Moscow. I chose to keep it and canceled the dispute. Despite this, the goods arrived in my city after 3 days. The courier was meant to call before delivery, but unfortunately, the order was sent back from my city. I received a product I had paid for and waited nearly a month. Rather than placing a new order at a higher price and facing another long wait, it's frustrating to go through this process.

I would like to address an issue I experienced with AliExpress. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in canceling an order from the seller Greekman Store before it was shipped. My interactions with Eva and John did not yield any results. I have reached out to AliExpress customer service through chat six times, but they were unable to assist me in contacting the seller. I am disappointed by the lack of communication options available, and I feel frustrated about losing money on this transaction. As a disabled woman with mobility issues, this situation has been particularly challenging for me. I believe AliExpress should improve their customer service to prevent such incidents in the future.

Please review the email I initially sent for the refund request. Despite following AliExpress guidelines regarding postage fees from Germany, I have not received a response. If a refund label had been provided, this issue would have been resolved promptly. As a loyal customer who has made substantial purchases, I find it frustrating to have to send numerous messages for a €7-8 refund. The monetary value is not the main concern; rather, it is the ineffective handling of the problem. Unless resolved, I will escalate this matter to Paypal Germany. On 05/09/[redacted], I was informed that the issue may be due to incorrect use, which I disputed. I have requested a detailed explanation as the product functioned correctly for the first 1-2 days. After setting up and calibrating the GPS, I hit the one-button takeoff, and the drone shot up and down erratically before stabilizing at about 35 feet. However, it started circling uncontrollably. Even when I tried to land it, it continued spinning and eventually crashed into a building. I have been in touch with the seller, RCTOPSTORE, who requested a video of the incident, but I can't find their valid email address to send it. They advised contacting AliExpress customer service for assistance, but I am having trouble connecting.
