Dear Team, I placed an order with AliExpress at the beginning of December, and the items were shipped in separate deliveries. Part of the shipment has arrived, but the rest supposedly cannot be delivered by Hermes. Numerous delivery attempts have allegedly been made. Now I am being asked to change the delivery address: Jan 3 Delivery attempt unsuccessful Delivery address updated. The parcel has been redirected and is sorted at the depot by recipient's request. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected. I have had phone calls with Hermes, and now they are suggesting I contact the sender directly. I would prefer to have the delivery made to a Hermes Shop at: Edeka Weiß Salomon-Idler-Straße 18 [redacted] Augsburg Tracking number: H[redacted][redacted]34 Another number displayed: RS[redacted]69DE I am no longer sure what to do. On December 10, [redacted], I purchased 2 sets of Soup Bowls with 2 handles, paying $4.90 for each set on the same day (order no. [redacted][redacted]). The two payments of $4.90 each were debited from my Commonwealth Bank account on December 13, [redacted], using my Debit Account Card ending in [redacted]. Recently, I was informed that my order was cancelled due to non-payment. Despite sending 4 emails to follow up, I have not received any response on this matter. I am writing to address the issue with the non-receipt of goods related to my orders. I ordered items on 10/04/[redacted] with the order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. Upon checking with the Sri Lanka Distribution Company, I was informed that the parcel was returned. The company mentioned that my order fee of $67.94 for these orders will be refunded by ALLIEXPRESS. Although I mistakenly confirmed the order before receiving it, the seller assured me that it was not a problem. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the goods. I have messages, emails, and screenshots to prove these circumstances, and I trust ALLIEXPRESS will review my account to verify my credibility. I urge you to investigate the situation and handle it fairly as I am a sincere customer. I want to emphasize that there is no fraudulent intent on my part. I have an issue where the seller claims I need to return an electric motorbike that I never received! I canceled the order because they provided a fake tracking number. After checking their website, I saw many complaints from customers who didn't receive their orders. Now, they are asking me for a tracking number to prove I sent back a package I never got. I recently purchased a pair of shoes that arrived damaged and of poor quality. I opened a dispute to get a refund and was informed I needed to return them. However, the return shipping cost is nearly $[redacted], even though the shoes only cost $16, with a total of almost $50 including shipping. I am frustrated with this customer service experience. I usually love shopping on AliExpress, but this situation is disappointing. I am unsure how I will get a refund if the return shipping is so expensive. I need to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this issue as soon as possible to ensure I receive my refund for the defective product I received.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding the item with order number [redacted][redacted]. I received the item, but it was severely incomplete. Instead of the [redacted] pieces, I received fewer than [redacted] pieces, and instead of the 40 dolls/figures, there were only 23. I am truly disappointed. I have submitted images and expressed my dissatisfaction. I do not wish to return the item, but I request a partial refund. By the time we realized the shortage, my son had already opened the set, so I assumed returning it was not an option. Now, "Ali" has insisted that I cover the return shipping costs and send back the opened items. Considering the shipping costs amount to approximately 12-15 €, this is quite burdensome given the original purchase value of 28/29 €. As a single mother of three, this is a significant amount of money for me. Additionally, I have confirmed with the post office that the return address provided is incorrect. There are indications online that such lengthy, uncoordinated addresses may be "fake" to prevent successful returns. I have limited time for the return before the seller receives their payment, my son is deeply disappointed, and I am unable to bring him joy with the lost money. I kindly ask for a decision to either allow us to keep the incomplete set with a partial refund and no return, or provide a free return label for a full refund. Thank you and have a great weekend. I made a payment for jewelry with my Mastercard on December 31, [redacted]. However, AliExpress is still showing that my order is pending payment even though I already paid for it. I contacted customer service last week and provided my order ID. They assured me that the issue would be resolved within 2 to 5 working days, but I have not received any response from AliExpress yet. I am requesting AliExpress to confirm that my payment for the goods has been received.

I purchased an item from AliExpress, but it was sent to the wrong address within my country. I contacted the mail office, and they informed me that the item number does not belong to me as it does not have any of my information. I reached out to the seller, who agreed to resend the item and offered me $5 as a reimbursement. However, after accepting the offer, the seller is now refusing to send the item, and I am unable to open another dispute.

I purchased a jacket and jeans on October 19th, but I haven't received the items yet. Despite multiple attempts to contact the sellers, they are refusing to issue a refund. They provided incorrect phone numbers for the post office and instructed me to check with them first. Unfortunately, I accidentally marked both orders as received, so I can't track the delivery status. I have no idea where my packages are. Because they wrote the wrong address on the package, the logistics company couldn't locate me. Due to these issues, I request a full refund since I have not received anything. I placed three orders from the same shop, Shop[redacted]store, on November 29, [redacted]. I raised a dispute on AliExpress because the delivery couldn't be tracked even now. After chatting with the seller, he agreed to refund me to PayPal but insisted I close the dispute. However, the seller has now submitted a fake screenshot of tracking claiming I collected the delivery on January 1, [redacted], a day when post offices in Ireland were closed. He is now refusing to refund my money totaling over €16,[redacted] for all three orders. The tracking information provided is inconsistent, and the seller's actions seem suspicious. I need someone to review my case thoroughly, as the evidence suggests the seller never shipped my order, despite his claims. The discount of 82% seemed too good to be true from the beginning.

I placed an order for a Tenlog TL D6 3D printer and made the payment on June 9, [redacted]. However, I have not yet received the printer. Despite speaking to the supplier, Tenlog, they claim they never received the payment and therefore did not ship the item. However, according to your records, the printer was at the shippers awaiting delivery and was supposedly delivered on August 29, [redacted]. I have proof of payment from my bank statement confirming the transaction. Unfortunately, in August, I was involved in a car fire and was receiving treatment. I notified individuals at the delivery address to expect the item, but it was never received. I am requesting that the printer be delivered to the address on file as soon as possible.

At the end of [redacted], I purchased a pen for my laptop which arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately, it is not functioning correctly, so I reached out to the seller. After a lengthy discussion, we agreed that I should open a dispute. However, I discovered that the 15-day deadline has passed, and I am instructed to contact the seller. The seller is uncooperative, suggesting I directly contact AliExpress for guidance on filing a dispute beyond the 15-day limit.
