I am experiencing issues with a credit voucher I have. Today, I spoke with "Alex" regarding my concerns. He mentioned that the trip had to be completed before the expiration date, which contradicts what I was initially told when I received the voucher. I was under the impression that I just needed to make the booking before the expiry date. Alex suggested I seek an extension for the voucher to resolve this matter. The phone number provided by Alex for the extension is not in service. The expiration date for the voucher is the 18th of April. I am hoping to book a flight to visit my father in Florida, who is battling stage 4 cancer. I plan to surprise him for his upcoming birthday. This trip is of utmost importance to me, and I request assistance in resolving this issue promptly. If I had known about the requirement to complete the trip before the expiration date, I would have made arrangements accordingly.

My wife is undergoing chemo for stage four cancer every two weeks. On the 17th of April, she needed to be back for blood work, so we planned a visit to Charleston, SC. When I checked "my trips" online on April 6, the reservation was missing. After waiting on hold for about an hour with Allegiant, I assumed I had already canceled the April 17 flight. However, I received an email yesterday about the reservation, and promptly canceled it. I am now unsure about how to proceed with either a refund or credit from Allegiant. We intend to use this credit or refund for a future trip to Charleston in late May or July. Can you assist me with this matter?

On April 19th, I arrived at Punta Gorda Airport on time. However, security delayed us for an hour because my 6-year-old son, who has brain cancer, was using his wheelchair. Consequently, we missed our flight. Despite our name being called over the speaker, no assistance was provided after a security guard witnessed me in distress and failed to act. I had to resort to arranging an Uber for $[redacted] to reach a relative's house and purchase new seats for $[redacted], even though I had already paid for them with Trip Flex. This situation meant I couldn't sit with my other two children on the flight, leaving me 20 rows away from my son, who requires medication for his seizure disorder. I was advised by a flight attendant and an airport worker to seek compensation for the unjust treatment we received from security, especially considering my son's condition. I have been on hold for over 10 hours trying to address this issue.

I am having issues changing the dates for my flight. I have attempted to make changes online, through phone calls, and live chat without success. Trying to get a 24-hour cancellation refund is proving difficult when I can't cancel the flight. Despite numerous attempts online, I keep encountering error messages preventing the date change or cancellation. When calling, I have experienced long hold times of 30-45 minutes only to have the call disconnected. Live chat was also unable to assist with the changes. My trip number is CN2QXN. This situation has been incredibly frustrating as I missed the 24-hour window for a refund. I intended to utilize the credit for changing my upcoming flight but had to book it separately due to these complications.

Hello, I've been attempting to reach the airline since Monday to change my ticket for a flight scheduled today, Wednesday the 26th. I need assistance as I haven't been successful in contacting them yet. I am unsure about the process for changing my flight or if I am eligible for any credits. I flew out from Elmira, NY to Sanford/Orlando Airport on April 19th, [redacted], around 5 pm. To my surprise, I was charged $50 for a small carry-on bag that fit within size limits. Despite my efforts to explain this at check-in, I was still charged. On my return flight on April 29th, [redacted], at Sanford Airport, I was informed that I should not have been charged as it qualified as a no-fee carry-on. They advised me to reach out to you for a refund of the $50 overcharge. I have been attempting to contact you for two days without success. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Due to a family medical emergency, we attempted several times to change or cancel the ticket attached. Unfortunately, access to the change/cancel link was repeatedly denied over several days. My wife then attempted to call, only to be informed that we were inside the 7-day refund/credit period. Luckily, we were able to secure another flight with a different airline in time. Despite our efforts, we have been informed that we are not eligible for a refund or credit for the original flight. We kindly request consideration given the circumstances surrounding the change request. We assure you that we are not attempting to exploit the system but rather seek to avoid making double payments for a flight. I had a carry-on bag that was cleared at St. Pete-Clearwater Airport. The flight had an 11-hour delay, and although we were promised food vouchers, they were not provided. The main issue I encountered was on my return flight from Indianapolis to St. Pete. The elderly lady at the front desk was rude and insisted I pay for my bag, and the lady at the gate also rudely made me pay $50, threatening to refuse the bag otherwise. I had to pay as I had no choice. My flight number was [redacted] on April 4th departing at 8:30. My itinerary number is CNDSSR under Debra H. This experience with Allegiant was disappointing, and I may not choose them again. I am seeking a refund for the mistreatment I received and believe these employees should be relieved of their duties. On a positive note, Pria at the St. Pete gate was wonderful and deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance regarding a recent flight experience. Today, on May 7, [redacted], I, Brenda Jenkins, was scheduled for flight [redacted] from Savannah to Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). When inquiring with the ticket agent at the airport about the boarding gate while checking my bag, I was informed that the gate would be announced. However, upon arriving at gate 7, I discovered it was a JetBlue gate, causing confusion as I was flying with Allegiant. Consequently, I had to book a flight with another airline. The Allegiant agents were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the misinformation provided about the boarding gate. I am seeking some form of compensation for this inconvenience. Thank you.

I am currently in Iceland and unable to access www.allegiantair.com to make online reservations for my domestic flight to Asheville, NC. I have a concern regarding my reservation. My full name is Clarence A McCleary Jr., which I used when booking. However, it appears that my name is listed incorrectly as Clarence McCleary on my paperwork and in the travel management section. This discrepancy may cause issues during security checks as it does not match the name on my IDs. I would like to rectify this error to avoid any problems. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided on flight number [redacted] from Little Rock Airport on 6-12-23. We arrived at the gate at 9:55 am, way before the scheduled departure time of 10:20 am, only to find the doors already shut and locked. Despite checking in for the flight, we were not allowed to board. This booking was made last minute due to a change in our original flight. The gate attendant callously informed us that doors close 15 minutes before departure, showing no willingness to assist. It is frustrating to face an additional expense of [redacted] to [redacted] dollars because of this mismanagement. Such treatment of customers, even by Allegiant standards, is utterly unacceptable.

On June 21st, I flew alone to my son's wedding - confirmation number cnygmc. My husband, Joseph N., cancelled his flight, and I am still waiting for his refund, close to $[redacted], which includes additional fees and taxes. He cancelled the flight online before the 21st. I struggled for an hour trying to fill in the information. I attempted on two tablets but it wouldn't recognize me as a human. Despite using my boyfriend's tablet and phone, the same issue persisted. Strangely, my full name "Roxanne" was not accepted, only "R-". As my ID shows my full name, will this cause issues during check-in? Can the initial "R-" be changed to "Roxanne" to avoid complications? If necessary, will my Social Security number and birth certificate suffice? I am not very tech-savvy. My flight details are Confirmation CRQTVT, Flight [redacted] from Asheville to Sanford with a return on Flight [redacted] on July 14 - 18. I am Roxanne Dinkines.

Upon arrival at Sanford Orlando airport with my handicapped wife, we encountered difficulties in obtaining wheelchair assistance and were rushed by security to move our vehicle before unloading. The parking garage was full, further delaying our check-in process, resulting in my wife missing her 7:00 flight by only a few minutes. If proper assistance had been provided, she could have made her flight. We traveled over two hours to reach the airport, and my wife, needing help due to her handicap, missed her flight. We are requesting to reschedule for the Thursday flight or alternatively, a refund for the inconvenience caused.

Upon arriving at the customer service desk to get my boarding pass, I was informed by the representative that I needed to pay an extra $[redacted] for my flight, despite having booked my ticket through Travelocity. Additionally, the agent requested an additional $50 for baggage fees, which I had already paid online. Due to this delay and unexpected expenses, I unfortunately missed my son's birthday celebration. The poor service I experienced has left me extremely dissatisfied and appalled. I am planning to escalate this matter with the appropriate authorities and higher management. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I intend to find another airline for my future travels. My experience with your airline has been disappointing and disheartening.

I missed my flight on July 1st because of an accident on the [redacted] highway. My flight was from Grand Rapids to Punta Gorda. I tried calling a few times, but my call got disconnected twice while talking to a customer service representative.
