I was trying to find out why my monthly payment to y'all in February wasn't accepted. There was no reason on my end that it not go through. ... Is this Asurian Home *? If so, I need to know what happened that your payment wasn't accepted last month please! I was directed to your website and only got an ad to purchase your domain name, which I promptly shared thru all my fb friends.
This is very especially frustrating because your company has promised to insure all of my devices in my home except for phones and I have some very nice, new things. This isn't the first time y'all stopped taking my pymts and the last time I was uninsured when my computer crashed. That's why I have my pymts on my Capital One card so as not to worry but still kept an eye on it and here we are and I can NOT reach you ppl!!!
They could make this right simply by getting in touch with the folks out here who are frantically trying to just connect with them and let me know what's up.
I've been a great customer! I've made my pymts as much as y'all would take them for well over a year. Actually, I'm thinking more like * *** years. Nothing but sucking my cash and no pay outs....
I've tried to wait on that spot for a person to chat, and it takes you away to "just answer" That is such a rip off scam if you aren't careful and hurry to make sure you're no longer with them and going to be charged A LOT OF MONEY!
