It appears that is not the case now.*I had no reason to get a new phone other than the ones we had were useless and so I went for the switch to the monthly plan. *If this does not get resolved to my satisfaction. I assure you I have lots of time on my hands being retired but would prefer to do more positive things but have no issue spending my days seeing everyone I can think of will know my plight. *An easy solution would be send me a cheque for my wife and my balance and I will pay my monthly bill.
