Good morning. I recently had a technician to my home as I had no sound on my TV. I have a receiver connected to that TV. **I called your Bell help line and after being on the phone with her for about ** minutes, she said she was unable to get the issue corrected and informed me that I would have to have a technician to my home to have a look. She told me she had made an appointment for that to happen and we hung up. The next day I called Bell to try and narrow down a time that the tech would arrive, and I was told that there was no appointment booked. So the representative made an appointment and the Tech showed up the next day as scheduled. It only took him about a minute to fix the problem, and I don't understand why the tech on the phone with me earlier did not know what to do. Very simple fix. Her error is costing me money. I just got my bill and I have been charged $**.** for the service call. This is disappointing to me. We have been very loyal Bell customers for over ** years now, and to know that Bell staff made an error and expect that we should pay is unacceptable. I am asking for your consideration in reversing that $** service charge, and would much appreciate that. I should think we are considered valued customers and hoping for a positive outcome to my request. We have all our technical needs bundled with Bell.
