I write this letter tonight not to complain or be rude but to plea with you for consideration of my account. I called today to make an arrangement because the arrangement system on my bell said I could make an arrangement and I enter it and the system froze.. When I called the kind rep said to me that I can not make an arrangement because I had a failed arrangement on May the *th. I did pay it on the **th and that is when I thought my arrangement was for. Having said this, I am human , and make mistakes or there is the possibility that I fat thumbed the key when I made the arrangement online. I have had other arrangements in the past and as I am a university student working hard for my Masters in Social Work I tend to have flexed payments which leads me to need the support of arrangements at times. **I have been a Bell customer for many many years and love the services I receive. Bell provides a service that no other service provider can, quality service, a service that is understandable. I thank you for this, as I have used Rogers at my parents and I must say it is not like Bell. I take pride in saying I have Bell. **I conclude, the purpose is to seek assistance and consideration of an exception to an arrangement. I am hoping that I can be granted the time to pay my bill in full on the **th of July by visa debit, so you will receive right away. I understand that if you break an arrangement you get banned for * months as the rep told me today. I truly did not know I had broke an arrangement and only plea for a small amount of time. My new bill will come out around this time and I will be able to clear that on the **th of July. I am working full time now as school is now out and my first pay for ** hours will be on the **th of July. Can you please contact me asap? I have not received a disconnection notice and I am trying to avoid this. I am going to be out of the area for two weeks with my employer Community Living Elgin , and hope to make sure I am okay with my bell satellite turn on the *th. **My account * is ********* **Michelle Crocker*(***)***-****
