My staff have spent the better part of * hours on * days for a total of approximately ** hours trying to get the internet and phone lines installed at our new centre. *We have been shuffled around* disconnected*orders lost* orders not entered properly* technicians saying it can happen others saying it can't happen. *we have called everywhere and anyone we know to get this operational.*We have wasted man hours on the phone*on site and otherwise for a simple order. *I would really like to speak to someone preferably in Ottawa, ON Canada in order to resolve this issue. *Our business is in hold until we can get the hook up. We have been on this since the first week of July and expected by now everything would be working however we keep running into brick walls*This is unacceptable **To top this off this page doesn't work to submit the concern
