We cancelled our satellite service with Bell on December **th. We have shipped the PVR back to Bell at your request. We had previously received and paid the bill dated December *, ****, which covered the period Dec **th to January **th. At this point we should have already been overpaid and would expect a credit. Instead we have received another bill dated January **** looking for the full amount of the bill yet again? The period covered by this bill is January **th to February **th. Why are we getting this bill? Account owner David Bell, Account **********.
