Hi,*I hope that you can work this out.*I’m feeling badly about my purchase.**I just want what I should have gotten.*There are many open box TV’s of the model I should’ve gotten. I’ll pay the difference.*The open box said” Excellent Condition “**I came in to buy the*Samsung - **" Class Q**A Series QLED *K UHD Smart Tizen TV.**Online there were opened box starting at $*** . I went into the store and told that they had an open box at and incredible low price.*I came back at night with my sister and showed your rep. The TV and a list of what I wanted.**Again he said, that they had a great deal on the Samsung - **" Class Q**A Series QLED *K UHD Smart Tizen TV. Some other guy said, it says damaged on the box. I was disappointed and bought the one that you see and told it was a the latest model( **** ) model. I felt as if I was pushed into it, with no other choice. **I didn’t take it with me. I was told that I could pick it up on Thanksgiving day by Dom and that the store was opened. I questioned it and Dom said, your people were getting paid extra to work on Thanksgiving. I thought , weird , but ok. On the way out, I asked a few people and a guy at the front desk if you were going to be opened. They said, no way, your closed. No pickups on Thanksgiving. Ok , I’m starting to think, why was I told that ? Also, if I was lied to. Was the other tv there and they promised it to someone else or one of themselves? * * I walked back in and couldn’t find Dom, I asked a couple of guys at the TV counter about the opened Box TV. I wanted to see the damage, why was it out on the floor with all of the other opens box TV? I was feeling that the situation wasn’t right. None of the people could find it now and paged Dom, no show. **I walked out and sat in my car. My sister said, this whole situation was odd and something feels wrong. She said, maybe we shouldn’t have told them, that we were definitely going to buy the TV, because earlier that day, my Mom who’s ** with dementia, fell and her head hit the Samsung screen breaking it. That’s why I had to buy a new one. I bought that from you too and told them about it and showed them a picture.**Why were we lied to about the pickup and what was the truth about the other TV...*Puzzled, We left.**Anyway, we wanted a nice size TV in the Den for family to watch on Thanksgiving, so we drove back and picked this TV up. * *I’m not satisfied with the Picture and color.
