Dear Ladies and Gentlemen !*I have booked a room in Panupong Hotel in Chaweng Beach. Con.No.****.***.****The date is from the **thof June to *th of July. *I have send to the Hotel many messages and never received an answer. No response. Nothing !*The best solution is I think to cancel my reservation. But without any costs for me.*I have never made such a bad experience with a Hotel.**Kind Regards*Reiner otto
