I stayed at Chester luxury apartment ******** * nights and was disgusted How I the customer has been treated by booking.com & indeed the host of this property: ********** pin : *****You can see by my records I am a regular customer to booking.com and this stay was as bad of experience iv ever had . The host classless this property as a luxury apartment it is not !!! It is tired dirty and not a lot going for it ? *On my stay this property was not cleaned it was dirty broken items like blinds coffee table ripped wall paper no tea coffee sugar no tea cloth no tea towel no cleaning products old food stains on table we’re you eat at stained rugs stained settee ! Which you sit on and we’re late getting into property because so called cleaners were rushing to clean property! But wasn’t cleaned at all ? I have sent photo evidence of this now several times to booking.com and the host ! But no response what so ever ! The host agreed to pay me a refund but nothing has arrived in my bank and he now will not answer my calls texts or emails as you booking.com are now doing so !!! *I would like a full refund asap please and this matter resolving as this has now caused me alarm and stress over this whole situation dealing with the host and your selfs *Kind regards * Mr Brian Russell
