Good morning*I am contacting you in regards to my boost phone I’m trying to get unlocked I was told if I sent a copy of my ID to *****@***.com Which I did and I called back boost and they told me my phone would be unlocked last week and my phone still is not unlocked every time I call they tell me they cannot access my phone because of my pin number my pin don’t work since we’ve had the phone shut off our pins do not work to access our boost mobile account I just wanna know why they asked me for a copy of my ID said that they would unlock my phone my phone is still not unlocked they give me the runaround all I’ve been trying to do is get my phone unlocked I have done everything that they’ve asked , If you could please respond to this message at your earliest convenience it would be greatly appreciated thank you *Felicity Wyatt
