I received an email confirming that my order from The Bradford Exchange was being prepared for shipment, but the tracking information has not updated since then. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, they keep stating that the item is prepared for shipment but hasn't arrived yet. I'm concerned because this was supposed to be a gift for a special occasion on September 9th. Can anyone assist me in tracking down my order? Any help would be appreciated. I have attempted to contact you twice via email without success. The tracking number provided for the item I am monitoring is incorrect. Please update the tracking number in my account promptly. According to the information I have, the item was shipped on 9/4/[redacted]. I am eager to know the estimated arrival time of the "Friends are like Angels" musical figurine, which is a gift for a recipient. I was double charged by PayPal in September. They withdrew $32.02 on September 3 and then $32.01 on September 8, with no corresponding package received for the latter. In October, another charge of $32.02 appeared. I've tried contacting PayPal and my bank to resolve this, without success. Please refund the September 8 charge promptly. Transparency in pricing is key, and I expect better service considering the issues I've encountered. It's imperative to rectify this double billing promptly. Sincerely, Mary Sue K. Upon seeing that it was not available until then, I opted for a different one that was in stock. Despite this, the estimated delivery date given after placing my order is December 2, which is far too late and unacceptable. My wife, D. T. ([redacted]68), purchased the President Obama Medallion Collection for me, including the first 24 medallions. Unfortunately, she did not receive the box meant for the first set of coins. After contacting customer service, she was told that the first Medallion was forgotten to be sent, and we should have received the box with it. Despite ordering three sets, we only have 7 of the first eight Medallions without the storage box. I kindly request the collector's gift box and the missing first Medallion for her. I am disappointed with the customer service received as she was not treated considerately during her call. We have been loyal customers of The Bradford Exchange and Bradford Mint with my account under B. T. ([redacted]33). Due to this situation, we have decided not to engage in any further business with The Bradford Group.

I placed an order for the "I Love You Always" ring on September 6th. The order was to be delivered on October 10th at 12:03 p.m., but I never received it. The postman mentioned it was only a one-piece mail letter. I wasn't sure if a signature was required, like with UPS or FedEx. Could you please track the package and let me know its current status? I recently received a letter regarding a remaining balance on my "TK Holiday Lantern" and "TK CandleTree" purchases. I recall sending a $85.58 check for the Lantern on Sept 9, with an apology for the delay. Another payment of $[redacted].88 was sent on Nov 7 with a similar note of apology. Today, I received two more invoices, which has left me confused. I am certain I posted the payments from where I reside and doubt they could have been lost in the mail. Unfortunately, I just realized that the item won't arrive until after Christmas, which won't work for me. I need to cancel the order as I won't need the ornament after Christmas. I have been trying for a year to remove my deceased father, Robert Cantara, from the mailing list. The offers are sent to an address he never lived at; it is my address. I purchased three Bradford necklaces for $52 each without expecting any shipping charges. However, I was charged for postage and unknowingly signed up for a $14 monthly special customer fee by Bradford. After calling [redacted] to cancel my order, I was provided [redacted] to complete the cancellation process. I spoke with Mario, who assured me the order was canceled, yet I am receiving emails indicating that it has been shipped. I would like the charges for the order removed from my card.

I bought four items a few weeks ago with delivery dates between Dec. 8th and Dec. 14th. I have received two packages already (one before the 8th and one on the 12th), but the remaining items have not arrived. None of the items appear on the Order Status page, including the ones that were delivered; they only show up on the Payment History page. I emailed the company several days ago but have not received a response yet.

I purchased a ring set on December 6th, but the payment did not go through. I was only informed on December 11th, which means I won't receive the gift in time for Christmas. I purchased three items online at £98 each and used a debit card for payment. The items were to be delivered to three different addresses. Upon arrival, each item had an invoice for payment. I attempted to contact them via phone with no success, and multiple emails went unanswered. They ended up taking three more payments but refunded two within 36 hours, leaving me still owed £98 total. After reaching out, I received a response stating I needed authorization from the other two recipients. I provided the necessary paperwork signed by them, but it has been weeks with no further communication. This issue began back in September.

My order number is [redacted]62. I was expecting this order for Christmas. Shortly after placing my order, I lost all online services until recently. Upon regaining access, I noticed an email from you stating the order would be received on the 22nd. We did receive a package on the 22nd, but it was not from Bradley.
