I am writing to address some issues I have encountered with the billing for my recent order. My account number is [redacted]86, and the order number is [redacted]87, placed on 09/09/[redacted]. I have noticed discrepancies in the billing statements I have received from your company, particularly regarding the payment status and the items I have purchased. Despite making the payment for all seven items using my VISA card, I have not been provided with a detailed breakdown of my purchases despite multiple requests. This lack of transparency has been concerning, especially as I have been billed for a subscription that I did not agree to. Furthermore, the delays in receiving the billing statements have added to my frustration. The last bill I received was dated 08/01/[redacted], despite mailing out on 01/01/[redacted], which has only added to the confusion surrounding my account. Given the circumstances and the challenges I currently face, including being a Vietnam Vet with mobility issues, I kindly request a full refund for the items I have received. I have already made the payment via my VISA card, and I am more than willing to provide any necessary documentation to support this request. My mother, who has late-stage Alzheimer's, used to order from the Bradford Exchange. When her condition worsened, she requested her account be closed, mail be stopped, and email changed to ours. Despite returning a package received after she moved to memory care, we are now receiving late bills and threats. Although a Bradford Exchange rep mentioned it might not need payment due to my mom's situation, more bills arrived. I reached out through customer service, explaining the situation and providing details, but received no response except to call. Despite our efforts to handle the package correctly, the ongoing letters from the company are frustrating.

Hello, I placed an order for the Thomas Kinkade Tree With Lights, Moving Train, Music (Item #[redacted]01) with Bradford Exchange on December 16, [redacted]. Initially, the estimated delivery window was from January 27 to February 10. After reaching out on February 13 about the delayed delivery, I was informed that the item was still awaited from the manufacturer and was assured it would be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks. Despite this, the item has not arrived. Attempting to contact customer service via email led to an "Access Denied" message on their website. I'm seeking assistance in addressing this communication issue and receiving updates on the status of my order. Thank you for any help provided.

I have not received acknowledgment of the return from Bradford Exchange. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the proof of mailing due to our current move. The item is no longer in our possession, as we followed the return instructions provided. Nobody in our household ordered this item. I have placed several orders before and have generally been satisfied, but the "My Family My Heart" personalized birthstone ring was a disappointment. I struggled to see the stones without a magnifying glass and reading the engraved names was impossible. The prongs for the stones caught on materials and caused a wound on my finger. I cannot imagine showing this to someone and expecting them to see the birthstones or names clearly. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I recently purchased the "Always My Granddaughter" diamond bracelet from The Bradford Exchange in Niles, IL, and requested to pay for it in full. Despite making the payment, the invoice does not reflect this. Along with the bracelet, an unordered "Love Always" ring holder arrived, which also shows as paid on the invoice. I did not agree to this additional item and do not wish to be charged for it. I insist that the bracelet is already paid for and should be reflected as such on a revised invoice. I would like a refund for the ring holder. I intend to keep the bracelet for my granddaughter and request that no further charges be made to my card by The Bradford Exchange. Thank you, Annette W.

Dear Sir, I received a concerning letter claiming I ordered something I never did. I originally ordered the Trump Train last year and have since moved from my previous address, PO Box [redacted], San Antonio, Texas, [redacted]. The invoice I received mentions an order number 14-[redacted]-[redacted] for a product called Courage To Share the Dreams, with an issue price of $79.99 and it shows I paid $65.66, leaving a balance of $32.83. On May 4th, I purchased a $39.99 gold coin featuring a spitfire, but received a Gallipoli coin instead and was charged $89.99. I was initially informed that if I returned the Gallipoli coin, I would receive a credit. However, after contacting Melissa, she mentioned a credit adjustment but it never reflected in my account. Despite her reassurance by the end of May, the credit never materialized. A recent call was unsuccessful after waiting for 10.55 seconds. I urge Bradford Exchange to address this issue promptly. I re-ordered 3 boxes of checks with the design "Promises of God" from Bradford Exchange. I spoke with Pam and paid $84.50 for 3 boxes plus 1 free box. Pam said she would email me a confirmation number but hasn't. Someone claiming to be from Bradford called for my address. When I called back, they had no record of my order. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge as Bradford had no information about my order. There seems to be an issue, possibly a scam, at Bradford Exchange. I am a current customer and concerned about my re-order.

I have previously sent two emails and made numerous attempts to call, but my calls have not been answered. Melissa, a customer service representative, called me back a few times but the issue was not resolved. Deborah assured me she would follow up but never did. The customer service at your company is the worst I have experienced. Please provide me with a refund of $50 to resolve this. I recently received a long-overdue bill for a military item named "Tribute to Freedom" that I am being charged for but have no knowledge of. I have searched the website and found no item matching that description. I have attempted to contact them twice today, but one number was incorrect and the other was disconnected on the Bradford Exchange end, leaving me frustrated. I am trying to remain patient, but this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.

I, Reginald T., originally placed an order for 2 Pittsburgh Steelers shot glasses. Despite informing my wife of the delivered sports memorabilia while I am working out of state in New York, upon returning home recently, I realized the shot glasses were missing. My wife did not receive the package, which has been an issue with deliveries from FedEx and Amazon in the past. Surprisingly, she received a letter from a lawyer demanding $45 for this missing package. This is an unnecessary reaction from Bradford Exchange, especially since I have been a repeat customer. I kindly ask for an investigation into this matter to clarify the status of my missing package, as receiving a lawyer's letter seems extreme and unwarranted.

I placed an order but received an email asking me to complete it, even though the item was still in my cart. I clicked the link and finalized the checkout process. However, I unexpectedly received two order confirmations. I couldn't cancel online and had trouble accessing my account. I haven't seen the PayPal charges yet. This experience has been frustrating for such an expensive item. It seems intentionally complicated. I'll contact the [redacted] number you provided for assistance. I recently purchased Business Checks but there was a mistake with the address and the type of check I received. I have already reordered the correct checks and paid for them. I now require a refund for the incorrect ones. My Order Number is o[redacted]7. I will be returning the incorrect checks today. I am requesting a refund of $83.36 for this order. Additionally, when I placed the new order, I received two emails indicating duplicate orders and my Credit Card was charged twice. I only need one set of checks. I purchased an illuminated bronze Jesus statue about 5 months ago for $99, with a total of $[redacted].86 charged to my credit card. I received one initially, but have since received a total of 6, including the most recent on Nov 21, [redacted]. Being 84 years old, I only intended to order one, and now realize I am receiving them monthly. I would like to cancel any future orders and return the most recent statue along with 2 of the previous 5 for a refund. This totals 3 returns for a full refund, while keeping the other 3 received. I have been a loyal customer of Bradford Exchange and have rarely returned items, except when ordering multiples as gifts for family members. I hope you can support my request as a valued customer. I will proceed with payment for the invoice, but I need to address a $37.97 past due charge for an item I have not received. Consequently, please cancel my order for the Hogwarts Railway Express Collection. I have only received one package from the collection, not the train. Kindly cancel this ongoing collection. I fear the merchandise may have been delivered, but potentially intercepted. Due to my frequent traveling, I cannot guarantee the safety of my deliveries. I ordered from Bradford Exchange, expecting delivery by 12/10/[redacted], but it never arrived. They didn't provide a tracking number, so I called customer service where a lady informed me it might be lost. She mentioned sending a replacement in 3-4 weeks even though I paid for expedited shipping. I inquired about receiving an email confirmation but was told no. The background noise during the call was chaotic, sounding like a daycare. With Christmas approaching, I hope to receive my order soon as I made the purchase early for this reason.

I placed an order for the Thomas Kincaid Crystal Christmas Tree with Village last year, around October or early November. Despite multiple reassurances of shipping dates changing from the 3rd to the 13th of the month, I have now been informed it won't arrive until January 15. I have eagerly anticipated this item since before Christmas [redacted], only to face numerous delays and once receiving the wrong tree. It is frustrating to have followed all instructions and still face such significant delays. My hope was to have this tree for this year's celebrations.
