First of, I am using my husband account for which my husband is aware of. card* **************This happens to me more than I could remember but just this month, I've encountered two costumer service agents that are somehow not aware of how your carepass and coupons policy works. I called them to resolve the crt issues that when I've purchased I know it supposed to attach but it didn't and two of your cs agents was not a big help at all. *Last May**,**** I called and the person I've talked to keeps on saying that crt's that im calling about shouldn't attach because I've already saved money for whole transaction which is not true and so I end the call and called again the next day and cs agents was a very well trained cs because he knows what im talking about and very proffesional. *Today, May**,****, I called again hoping to resolve another issue from my previous transaction***** (May**,****) and again, encountered cs agent that arent aware of how coupons works. I've purchased (*) covergirl cosmetics total $**.** and only the mfs $* coupon and $* off covergirl cosmetics crt attached and not the $*off $** covergirl cosmetics crt. He keeps on saying that because there's already a $*off $** attached the other crt's should not attach. By the way his name is John. and that because I've only paid a little amount. I told him I paid a lot of my extrabuck reward to lower my out of pocket thats why I only paid small amount. *I could just call another cs agent again and hoping for a better one but this shouldn't be always an issue. We, people couponing at cvs follows the rules and ONLY calls cs agent when there's some incovenience happen and*or sometimes just ignore it. Im hoping issues like this can be seen and resolve. Thank you!
