I have a document "Authorization Request - signature page" which is supposed to be submitted via the "Represent a Client" page using "submit documents" but I cannot locate the "submit documents" button*portal*whatever. I have spent hours yesterday and more hours today and am totally fed up. I want accurate directions on how to submit this document.

I looked in our Telus phone book blue pages and found the * *** O-Canada (* *** ***-****) number which led me to the "GetHuman" connection with a real live person. The fellow that I spoke to did not know how to resolve the issue but he was able to look it up and walk me through the multiple steps to get the document submitted. Not nearly as simple as it seemed on the document instructions for submission.
