Okay so I tried linking an external account to my capital one bank and it says can't match my number to my name which I don't get cus it's the number I used to open it while the other verification process brought out a number for me to call.....if j call how would they help me link it I don't want to give them my username and password to that my other chase bank I'm trying to link
