The issue in GetHuman-amckelve's own words
do not have access to the phone number linked to the account in order to recover my online capital one banking account and my account is now closed. i wish to cancel all live subscriptions in order to not have any more payments come out. no idea what is linked to the account for subscriptions.. will not pay if for any occuring bills after closure if you guys cannot give me access to put a stop payment*cancel any suubscriptions. thanks.
