I have been paying my bill on time before this but I am not received full service for a long time even though I have continue to pay my bills. now I just want to cancel my full service completely. I will pay the phone bill even though I think I deserve some type of credit for all these months not get complete service. **** Christmas time I was talked into getting DirecTV so since then I have not got spectrum TV. so that's why I think I deserve some credit. the last * months or so I haven't received anything.
