I have previously contacted you, but I am reaching out again. Please refrain from calling me and communicate via email. I recently acquired a Chase Amazon credit card and made a $50 purchase on 4/23/16, promptly paying $35 through a Western Union Money order before even receiving a bill. The money order was not cashed until June, causing confusion. I settled the remaining balance on 6/06/[redacted]. I am puzzled by the delayed processing and why I am being billed for a balance I did not accrue. I refuse to pay until this matter is resolved, or it will be at my convenience. Resolving this issue with Chase has been frustrating, and I believe they should compensate me for the distress. At 75 years old, I have never faced such an ordeal and vow to never engage with Chase again. I require communication via email only, as I have endured enough stress in this situation.

I am comparing travel credit cards and seeking clarification on the fees associated with the Chase Sapphire Reserve card. I understand the $[redacted] annual fee with a $[redacted] credit towards travel expenses. However, I am unsure about the $75 fee per user. If my husband and I share one account but have two separate cards, does this mean we would pay $[redacted] per year on top of the $[redacted], totaling $[redacted] annually? Or is it $[redacted] plus $75 for one additional user? Alternatively, does the $[redacted] cover both users and the additional fee is $75 for the second user, making the total annual cost $[redacted] after the $[redacted] credit? I also want to know if the Chase Sapphire Preferred card has the same level of Trip Protection insurance as the Chase Sapphire Reserve. If not, what are the differences in coverage?

I used my credit card to renew my Mint Mobile SIM card, and now Mint is requesting verification of available funds on my Chase Freedom Credit Card. Please confirm the availability of funds for the transaction of $[redacted].69. I have been waiting for over an hour for a callback, and your landline is consistently busy even with speed dialing. Is there a way to speak to a human representative or are robots the only option for customer service?

Transaction [redacted] at Lowe's Home Improvment on November 14th for $[redacted].91 was cancelled on November 21st. Despite assurances from Jack at the Kerrville TX store, there has been a delay in issuing the credit for the water heater installation. After multiple failed attempts to reach Jack and Lowe's management, I am still waiting for the refund as promised. I urge Chase to remove the erroneous charge from my statement promptly.

I encountered issues signing into my account as my computer wasn't recognized, prompting me to provide an identification # through voice, text, or customer service. Unfortunately, I couldn't retrieve it via text due to a stolen phone and couldn't access my email for the password. Despite a 35-minute hold, interactions with three representatives, and correctly answering 10 security questions, the call was abruptly ended before receiving the ID #. Subsequent attempts led to being informed of a 24-hour block from my account after answering additional questions. The subpar service led me to request a manager after conversing with five staff members within 45 minutes. Dissatisfied, I considered closing my account while still on the line with a representative repeating previously addressed inquiries.

I am considering applying for the Chase Sapphire card and I need to unfreeze my credit for the credit check. I have some questions regarding the process: - Do I need to unfreeze my credit with all 3 credit agencies or can you specify which one will be used for the credit check? - I would like to limit the unfreeze solely for Chase and for a brief period. How should I inform the credit agency that it's for the Chase application? - Can you confirm how soon after submitting my application you will conduct the credit check? - When can I expect to receive a decision on my application after applying? - Following approval, how quickly will I receive all the necessary information, including the security code, to start using the card? Thank you for providing guidance on this process.

I have been a Chase credit card customer for over 24 years, with a credit score above [redacted], and now I have 3 credit cards, 2 of which are with Chase. In January, my wife and I, who spend $5k to $10k monthly on travel, decided to switch from the Chase Sapphire Preferred to the Chase Sapphire Reserve. A Chase customer service representative advised me to first change to the Freedom card, wait 2 weeks to a month, then apply for the CSR to receive the sign-on bonus points. However, after downgrading and reapplying, I was denied due to a 4-year waiting period between Sapphire products, which I was not aware of. Despite visiting a branch, filing a complaint, and multiple phone calls with Chase representatives, resolutions presented do not meet my expectations. I am seeking assistance to rectify this situation as I acted on misinformation provided by a Chase representative. My desired outcome is to be moved to the Reserve card with the promised sign-on points; otherwise, I will have to end my 24-year relationship with Chase. Thank you for any help provided.

I was recently informed that my credit application with Chase has been declined, which I find surprising. My credit score is above [redacted], and I have had a premier checking account with Chase for over 6 years. I maintained a high balance in my checking account until I transferred most of it to a savings account, as shown in my account history. I also opened an investment account with Chase with the intention of moving my funds into a mutual fund/ETF through YouInvest. Considering my long-standing relationship with Chase and my various accounts with them, I am disappointed that I was denied a credit card. I am considering taking my business elsewhere if this issue is not resolved satisfactorily. I urge Chase's management to review my application and provide me with a response. If Chase does not value me as a customer, I will explore other banking options. I hope for a reconsideration of my credit card application to continue my relationship with Chase.

I would like to settle the $[redacted] debt Tanishia Covington owes Chase before her arrival. Tanishia will be arriving at [redacted] West Howard Avenue, Chicago, Illinois this afternoon at two o'clock. She plans to obtain a debit card. She is currently residing with Sarah's Circle in Chicago on Sheridan.

Just under a year ago, I bought a TV from Fry's Electronics, but it arrived broken. We exchanged it for a second TV with a slight scratch on the screen. Recently, the TV began glitching where the scratch was, and then it stopped working entirely. Despite being under warranty, Fry's Electronics claimed the scratch voided it. I am seeking to dispute this decision as I have exhausted communication with both the retailer and the manufacturer. The credit card used for the purchase has been canceled, but I have a checking account and two other credit cards with Chase. I retain the original receipts for the TV purchase.

I am interested in knowing the application process for the Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless credit card. I have a strong credit history and have applied for cards in the past. Typically, I receive a response within 30 days, even if it's a rejection with a basic explanation. I always pay my bills on time and avoid finance charges. Although I carry a balance on several cards, I ensure to pay the full statement amount before the due date each month. It appears Chase is hesitant to approve me, making me consider canceling my existing Chase cards. Other credit card companies provide quicker responses. It would be helpful if Chase could deliver an instant decision or at least within 60 seconds. I am uncertain if this credit card application will impact my credit score. Thank you.

My credit card, ending in [redacted], broke a month ago. After contacting customer service and being told a new card would be sent, I never received it. Despite receiving the bill via email, calling the number on the card only resulted in speaking with a robot. As an elderly individual, it's intimidating having to solely interact with automated systems. I have a history of timely payments with Chase cards, but the lack of human interaction is worrying. I'm seeking guidance on how to speak to a live person for assistance.

Hello, I need assistance disputing a charge from a hotel reservation made on Agoda for around $[redacted]. We requested a non-smoking room for health reasons from the hotel two weeks ago. However, we did not receive confirmation. Also, the hotel assured us it was easily accessible, but we later discovered it was only reachable by boat taxi due to low tide conditions, which doesn't align with our arrival time. Moreover, we paid a premium for a superior room that may not be available upon arrival, despite cheaper options being possible. We attempted to cancel but received no response, even though we were entitled to a fee-free cancellation. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps. Thank you.

I submitted an application for a Chase credit card a day ago and I am eagerly waiting for a response. Upon submission, I received a standard automated reply stating that they would inform me soon. My concern is that I require the card by 12/20 to settle a significant bill and take advantage of the bonus. In the event of a rejection, I won't have sufficient time to apply for another card, and I am not interested in obtaining two new credit cards. Could you please advise on the next steps I should take? Thank you.

I need assistance regarding Premium Support from a Fortune [redacted] Company. They are attempting to charge me $[redacted] for support that expired over 2 years ago. Despite previous refund attempts, I refused to provide my SSN, bank account number, or savings account number. As a result, they resorted to using inappropriate language and would terminate the call. They persistently contacted me for a refund, and now they are using a new strategy to charge my credit card. I appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you.

I booked my flight through Chase Ultimate Travel Rewards, and while my outgoing trip went smoothly, my return trip is affected by flight changes due to the Coronavirus situation. I have been unable to reach a human contact at Chase for assistance. Originally, my flight was scheduled for April 16 from Vietnam to the USA with a transit in Taiwan. However, Taiwan has suspended international transit until April 7. Eva Air has canceled my flight from Vietnam to Taiwan, but rescheduled the Taiwan to Seattle leg for April 17, while the Seattle to Alaska flight remains on April 16. I found a one-way flight available for April 17 from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Alaska, USA on their website. Currently, I am facing issues with the return ticket from Vietnam to Taiwan and the disrupted travel dates.

I received an email indicating a past due credit card payment. Currently abroad, contacting customer service has been challenging as the calls get disconnected. I lack login details to check the balance. Need assistance confirming the outstanding balance and guidance to make a payment. Kindly, Chase credit card services, reach out via email to provide necessary information. I appreciate if they could assist in identifying the overdue account and advise on making a payment through a bank check. Email communication would be ideal. Meanwhile, I can be contacted at +27-73-[redacted] while in South Africa due to travel restrictions caused by the Coronavirus situation. Unsure when I can access mail for payment purposes, as our stay here is indefinite.

Please review the bill for my Chase card ending in [redacted] with a San Angelo, Tx address. I received a late charge and interest charge due to a check sent on March 6 for $[redacted].21 that has not cleared yet. Another check for $[redacted] was sent on Saturday upon realizing the delay. I have a good payment history with this card, and I kindly request the charges be waived considering this isolated incident. My wife, Marilyn A., also uses this card, and we have other options available. I assure you payments will be made on time moving forward. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you. John A. I'm in New York and recently used Chase's Covid-19 assistance program to defer my March 28 payment for a month. Even though the agent assured me there wouldn't be any penalties, I was surprised to see a $40 interest charge on my account. To avoid further charges, I ended up paying in full by borrowing money from elsewhere. I'd like Chase to remove the unexpected interest charge from my account.

I placed an order for a rain jacket on March 21, [redacted] from carine-store.com, yet I have not received my order. The negative reviews I have come across about this company are alarming, and I feel strongly that they need to be held accountable. My Visa card has been charged $65.00 for an item I have not received, specifically the WATER RESISTANT OVERSIZED HOODED WINDBREAKER RAIN JACKET in Ice Gray/M. The order number is RA138133. I have been informed of a delay due to the product shipping from China, but I am growing impatient and do not wish to continue waiting for an item that has not arrived. I kindly request a prompt chargeback to my account to rectify this issue. Thank you for your assistance. - Sue P.
