I am inquiring about the possibility of receiving a refund for a few NSF fees that were charged to my account. Due to simultaneous automatic bill payments for 3 or 4 items, my account did not have sufficient funds available. I am requesting a temporary hold or suspension on my account until Friday to prevent further NSF charges.

I am requesting a refund for all the in-app purchases made from a developer. The purchases were refunded by the developer with in-game currency instead of restoring the items. I believe this violates Apple's terms of service which state that all sales are final. I have received refunds for some of the charges from Apple, but I am still waiting for refunds on the remaining charges made on my card.

I am currently on hold with British Airways trying to resolve an issue with my Avios points linked to my Chase British Airways Visa card. After contacting your team, I was informed that my card number is not associated with the correct account. My British Airways account number is [redacted]0, but the card is linked to account number [redacted]3, causing my points to go to the wrong BA account. I am seeking assistance to correct this discrepancy. The Chase representative suggested that British Airways needs to update the account linked to the card. Despite being on hold for thirty minutes, the representative I spoke with does not grasp the problem and simply tries to provide my Avios balance, which I am already aware of. I believe a direct conversation between a Chase representative and a British Airways representative would swiftly resolve this by updating the account number associated with my card for point allocations.

I have an old Instagram account that I no longer use. The issue is that there were sensitive and embarrassing data on the account. The Instagram account was registered with a now-disused phone number: +39 [redacted]. The email associated with it is [redacted] My request to Instagram is this: since I no longer have access to the old phone number, can I change the password of the account through email so that once I log in, I can delete it entirely? Or can Instagram delete it for me to avoid any further stress? I conclude by asking Instagram to act swiftly as the account registered under the name Aleandro06 or Aleandro De Martino is continuously being violated and at risk of copyright infringement. I seek help. Instagram must listen to my complaint before it escalates into something serious. Thank you.

I recently received a new card and didn't update it until now. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with Netflix. I have been contacting both Netflix and Chase representatives but haven't had any luck resolving the problem. Netflix claims they can't process my payment because my card is on hold, while Chase insists there is no hold on the card. I am stuck in a loop and not making any progress. When I try to update my Netflix account with my new Chase card, they keep receiving information indicating that the card is on hold. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

Today, on July 12, [redacted], I signed up for Chase's $[redacted] offer for opening a checking account with recurring direct deposits as a requirement. I receive my Social Security Disability payment on the second Wednesday of each month, leading to a variation of either 4 or 5 weeks between checks throughout the year. Upon enrollment, I attempted to update my direct deposit details with Social Security online but encountered an issue. I am unable to modify it for my August payment; the earliest change possible is for September. This poses a problem because it exceeds the 60-day limit by just 2 days, despite my intention to fulfill the terms and benefit from the offer due to positive feedback about Chase and my financial need for the $[redacted]. I reached out to a helpful bank representative today, who was uncertain if Chase would honor the offer under these circumstances. I hope Chase can consider this unique situation beyond my control and confirm if I will still qualify for the bonus. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Gary S. Sr.

Today, on July 12, [redacted], I signed up for Chase's promotion offering $[redacted] for opening a checking account with recurring direct deposits as a requirement. I receive my Social Security Disability payments on the second Wednesday of each month, usually resulting in 4 weeks between checks but sometimes 5 weeks a few times a year. After enrolling, I tried to update my direct deposit information with Social Security online and found I couldn't change it for the August payment, only for September. This poses a problem as 62 days will have passed by then, and I need the deposit within 60 days to qualify for the bonus. I took up this offer based on Chase's reputation and the need for the $[redacted]. My direct deposits are expected to continue indefinitely, so missing the bonus by a mere two days due to a regulation I can't control seems unfair. I've discussed this issue with my bank representative today, who was very helpful, but unsure if Chase will honor the offer. I hope Chase can find a solution that is equitable in such circumstances. Thank you, Gary S. Sr.

I recently got approved for the Amazon Signature Rewards Visa Credit Card. I made a purchase on Amazon.com, and everything went smoothly until I received an email stating that there was a purchase made on my account by someone else, leading to the cancellation of the order and the removal of my newly approved credit card. Later, I was informed that it was a mistake on Amazon's end, and I was asked to reorder the items. However, my new credit card was not added back to my Amazon account as promised. The key selling point of this credit card is the immediate use upon approval, which is why I chose it over competitors. I am frustrated and disappointed by this situation, especially after taking the time to select this specific credit card. I urge you to address and resolve this issue promptly.

I am reaching out from India regarding a person named Martin B Clinton who is in the process of purchasing a product from me. He insists that he will transfer the payment only after I provide an image of the shipping receipt. He mentioned having a Chase Account. I have received a message from someone claiming to be from Chase stating that the payment is ready to be credited into my account once the shipment is verified. They mentioned the need for a shipping receipt in .JPG format for verification due to the international nature of the transfer. I am unsure if this is a legitimate transaction or a potential scam. Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Contact: +91-[redacted]

I am currently having trouble accessing my Chase checking account while I am overseas. Recently, I had to make payments to contractor Mike Bull for repairs on my house due to water damage. After receiving a payment through Zelle from my insurance, I found that my account was blocked without any email notification. I am frustrated that I can only resolve this over a phone call, which is inconvenient and costly internationally. I urge Chase to reconsider their customer service approach, as this situation has caused me significant stress while I am away from home. Please restore my account access promptly without such drastic measures in the future. Thank you.

I have experienced issues with unauthorized charges on my account from Amazon and Apple. I was charged for subscriptions that were meant to be canceled. Due to insufficient funds in my bank account, these charges caused overdrafts, resulting in additional fees. I have been unsuccessful in getting reimbursed by the companies despite explaining the situation. These unexpected charges have affected me significantly, especially as I was trying to gather funds to travel home for a funeral. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter and recuperating the fees and charges incurred.

Dear Janet Fonseca, I am writing to follow up on my previous email. Despite my attempts to register my Green Card with your colleague due to the lack of response, I have encountered issues with providing my US address and telephone number despite presenting my Green Card and Social Security Number. Having fulfilled the minimum deposit requirement of $75,[redacted], I am disappointed by the delay in my credit card delivery, hindering my ability to use it during my travels. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will consider closing my account and seeking services elsewhere due to the unsatisfactory level of service and communication. I kindly request a timely response and assistance in arranging the delivery of my credit card to my international address. Sincerely, Haroon Ravat

I would like to request a change of my first name from Miriem back to Miz. Miz is the name I have been using on my account for over 9 years, and it's the name my friends, colleagues, and family know me by. I have previously provided proof of my marriage and full name, but I would feel more comfortable using my preferred name, Miz. According to your name change policy allowing nicknames, I kindly ask to switch my name back to Miz while keeping my married surname Holley. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I am the surviving wife of a deceased account holder. His first wife, who is also deceased, and a nephew are listed on the account. However, the nephew was not involved in his uncle's life during our marriage. I was his caregiver as he suffered from service-related disabilities, including Dementia. I am a senior, a veteran, and a widow, who took care of him upon his request when he needed support. I am in urgent need of access to some of the funds in the account to cover household expenses, as I have recently purchased a house and have ongoing financial responsibilities. I understand your policies but I kindly ask for an exception considering my circumstances. The account is in Marshall, Texas (account [redacted] savings). My name is Rosemary Adolph-Jackson. Please understand my situation and consider making adjustments to accommodate me. I have all the necessary documentation and believe a solution can be reached with your help. Thank you for considering my request. Sincerely, Rosemary Adolph-Jackson.

I was accidentally charged by PlayStation Network, causing my account to go into debt. I contacted PlayStation, and they assured me they will refund the amount, but it will take 2-3 billing cycles. However, I was unaware of the bank charges for being in debt for an extended period, and now I am approximately $60.00 in debt. I am only 18 years old and do not have a job currently, as I am preparing to move. It is essential for me to have my account balance restored to positive soon.

I am in a difficult situation with one of your cardholders. This individual, an ex-boyfriend, is alleging fraudulent activity on transactions I made using his card, including my July electric bill. I paid him in cash for that specific expense and now face having to repay it and losing access to electronic services with my electric company. Despite no fraudulent intent, I am being impacted by his actions. The card was provided for use on his property and shared household needs. I have attempted to contact customer service repeatedly, only to be disconnected twice. I believe the current situation allows him to continue to harm me. I am seeking a resolution to this issue and request any actions affecting my credit and daily life to be rectified.
