I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person at Chase. Despite not having a Chase account, they request my account number, hindering me from making progress. Their phone lines all follow the same automated process, where engaging with a customer service representative seems impossible. Even when I leave messages, the return calls are abruptly ended after only a few seconds, making it difficult for me as a [redacted]% disabled veteran to answer the phone promptly. I tried addressing this issue through Chase Chat, but received no response. The reliance on technology and lack of human interaction is frustrating. In my quest to communicate with a person, I will visit a local Chase Bank with the help of a friend. My main purpose is to inform them that my TransUnion credit freeze has been lifted to facilitate my Amazon credit card application. The automated system has caused me significant wasted time, leaving me feeling discouraged due to the absence of human interaction in customer service.

I recently experienced a distressing encounter with a Chase bank representative regarding a scam involving my banking information. After seeking assistance, I was met with rude and unhelpful service. The representative was dismissive and even raised his voice at me, causing immense upset. When attempting to resolve the issue of my closed account, I was met with further inconvenience at the branch. Despite explaining my situation, I was left feeling embarrassed and neglected. The lack of empathy and understanding displayed by the staff was disheartening. This poor treatment has tarnished my opinion of Chase bank, and I am now considering taking further action. It's disappointing to feel undervalued as a customer, especially considering my long-standing relationship with the bank. Communication and respect are vital in customer service, and Chase bank fell short in this regard. Hi Chase, I'm Sathish Muppidi. Unfortunately, my online account got locked due to suspicious activity. When I called to unlock it, they told me to change my email password, which is not related to Chase, and run an antivirus scan on my mobile, which is not related to the app. After following these steps, they asked me to wait on the line for 20 minutes to speak to a specialist. I checked for a call back service but they don't offer it. Could you please revoke my online and mobile access so I can continue with my transactions? I previously had a Chase Sapphire card, but recently switched to a Freedom Unlimited card. Despite receiving emails from Chase regarding offers, the most recent email I received was for the Sapphire Preferred, which caught my interest. I shared the email with my father, who is now interested in applying for the card. I am aware of the referral bonus and would like to take advantage of it by referring him. Unfortunately, it seems that I can only refer individuals to the card I currently have, which poses a challenge since I no longer have the Sapphire card. Consequently, I may not be able to refer him as initially planned, which strikes me as a bit odd. Nevertheless, my father has proceeded with the credit card application. I believe it would be fair to receive the referral bonus for my account, especially considering that I have other potential referrals in mind. A door-to-door solicitor offered an insect terminator service for $50. I accepted but couldn't open the contract they sent on the computer. The service started, but a part of it was supposed to be suspended for three months. I was told to contact the company about this. When I finally could open the contract, I realized the $50 was a charge, not a credit. I believe the terms were not clear. The contract allows for cancellation within three days. I want to stop the charges from our account, and tomorrow is the third day.

I have been managing my mother's affairs since she became unable to do so. Her Chase checking account is used to cover her bills. I recently signed up with Zelle and successfully made a test transfer. However, when I tried to make a larger transfer, it was held pending approval. Chase then contacted my brother, who has no connection to the account, causing the transaction to be rejected. Subsequent attempts were also unsuccessful, leading to Chase locking me out of the account. When I called to unlock it, the customer service representative was unable to assist, stating I needed to visit a branch. This is challenging for me due to personal circumstances and the current pandemic. I have reached out to the CEO of Chase but have not received a response yet.

On March 3rd, [redacted], I was headed to the Marshall Islands with a flight booked from HI to Kwaj. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to the Marshall Island Government shutting down the island because of the Covid virus. I was unable to return to the island until March [redacted] after a 5-week quarantine. The flight was on MIL AIR. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] charged to my credit card. Chase denied my refund request citing a too-long time frame. I had no control over the flight cancellation or the island shutdown. I find this treatment by Chase and United to be unfair. I have tried to contact United multiple times regarding this issue but have only received evasive responses.

Despite our best efforts, we have not received the promised refund from Qatar. A few weeks ago, my computer had a serious issue after a Microsoft update, which led Chase to issue me new cards - a Chase Freedom card and a Chase Amazon card. I activated and updated the numbers on my regular websites promptly. However, when attempting to pay my bill a week later, I encountered a block due to "unusual activity". In the call with a customer support representative, there were difficulties due to a poor phone connection and my hearing disability. After granting permission for her to process my payments online during the call, that was the only resolution achieved. Despite attempting to reset my credentials, the account remains inaccessible online. I just need access to my two accounts reinstated. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On August 28, [redacted], at 5:15 pm, I was confirming a reservation for a U-Haul Truck at [redacted] Bushwick Ave., Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. The worker used his cell phone to take pictures of my driver's license and entered information on the computer simultaneously. After, he sent a link to my phone, which unfortunately contained an inappropriate image. When I questioned him, he seemed unaware of how it happened. I received the proper U-Haul link afterward. The worker advised me not to worry about the previous link and provided me with a receipt. He also suggested taking pictures of the truck for any existing damages, which I did. Later, when I tried to find the offensive image on my phone, it malfunctioned and cleared all my personal data and apps. I am concerned about the security of my debit card and Freedom Card information. Could you temporarily place an alert on my account for safety measures?

My account has been locked for 2 days without support from Chase, leading to inconveniences after a Zelle transfer was canceled. Despite spending hours on the phone with Chase to resolve the issue, my account got locked on September 1 during the flooding in NJ. After multiple attempts to reach customer service, I learned the importance of allowing at least 3 days for offline transactions or considering other banking options.

Hello! I recently purchased a 4-day tour to Georgia through Expedia.com. Upon arriving in Georgia last Monday, I received an email informing me that my trip was canceled due to someone being sick with Covid-19. I was disappointed since I had been looking forward to the trip scheduled for the next day and had paid $[redacted] for it on August 12th. The vendor, Hello Georgia, whom I had never heard of before, initiated the cancellation and has been unresponsive to my emails. When I sought assistance from Expedia.com, they mentioned attempting to contact Hello Georgia without success and closed the case without resolving the issue. I have received pension payments for William Smithers from the Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA at Chase Bank, located at [redacted] State St., Santa Barbara, CA [redacted]. However, Mr. Smithers closed this account previously. He informed the pension plans to deposit the funds into his new American Riviera Bank checking account, but there seems to be a waiting period he was unaware of. AFTRA informed Mr. Smithers that Chase has not returned or rejected the payments. Despite efforts to reach out to "Isaac" at [redacted] or [redacted], Mr. Smithers has been unsuccessful due to bureaucratic requirements. He is requesting Chase Bank to either issue him a check for the pension payments or find a solution to ensure he receives the much-needed funds.

I recently chatted with Alan from Chase for the third time regarding my canceled card due to a fraudulent charge. Despite my explanation, I haven't received the new card yet. I inquired about getting the new card number to pay bills and make online purchases to avoid any delays, but I was swiftly transferred without a clear reason, unable to pay the one dollar fee without the new card. Having been a loyal Chase customer for nearly 20 years, I found this exchange with Alan to be frustrating and unlike any experience I've had with them before.
