Get a credit for $**.** for the * bags that were not delivered. ... Account ****. See CC posting on ******* for $***.** Home Depot. This order was for ** bags of decorative rock. On ******* FedEx delivered * bags. Said they would deliver the other on Sat *******. On Sat the driver said they did not know where the other three are. Just be patient, they will show up eventually. I contacted HD by phone and they said not their problem. This is a delivery issue and you need to contact FedEx. HD said they show other * bags are pending delivery. No ship date no delivery date. Would not cancel the other bags. I tried to put the charge in dispute on my CC. Citi advised need specialist. All I want is a credit for the * undelivered bags. The amount is $**.**. This is horrible customer run around and a unfair business practice. As a Ca resident HD cannot charge me for merchandise that has not been received. This is also a violation of the MC and Visa merchant guidelines. Rodger Fitzgerald *** *** ****
