I have been on auto pay for a long time. For some reason it seems that I dropped off auto pay. And I did not request to fall off of it. Please check. I called recently and put myself back on it I had assumed that my purchases were automatically paid for I found that they had not. I've been trying to call you for a couple of days but get stuck on the phone tree. Please call me at ***-***-****. This was on the AT&T Universal card.
